Bob Moore Ford

I needed a part in my GPS replaced (under warranty) and took my car in to Dusty at Bob Moore’s service dept on a Friday. They needed to order the part and it was available 6 days later. I took my car in the following Monday and dropped it off with Dusty. A shuttle driver took me home and a couple of hours later Dusty called to let me know my car was ready and a shuttle driver could come and pick me up if I was ready to come and pick up my car. Another very nice gentleman came and picked me up and took me to get my car. My car was ready to go, the paperwork was done and my car was clean and all repairs completed when I got there. This service dept is always prompt, courteous and honest. I have used them for several years and always been pleased.

It’s refreshing to have your vehicle serviced and have the service center call you with maintenance suggestions. It’s never a past or high sales pitch, simply what they find and do you want to fix it today? Excellent place to have your Ford product taken care of with confidence.

Took my pick up twice to fix same issue. 2nd time twice they said no problem and up on stressing more by me they show it to expert and Yes there was problems and got fix. Meaning 1st my charge was waste

Synthetic blend and a tire rotation for 55 bucks...can’t beat it. And no hard sale like other places for other services. Make sure and make an appointment though.

I recently bought a truck from a different dealership that was making an odd noise. I took it to Bob Moore Ford and they were able to diagnose and repair the issue very quickly.

I was 100 miles from home, my truck would not start. I called the service department, they suggested a tow truck. As I walked into the service department I was greeted with hello how can we help you. Jeff Gann, went above and beyond! There were no rental cars available. He said no problem and put me one of his! I verified I was miles from home, he assured me not to worry. He was in constant communication giving me updated information on my truck. I can not say enough great things about my experience.
