Expensive

They just go by whatever the computer tells them to replace and they quote full book rate. I was able get a small discount but I don’t know if I needed both parts replaced for my fuel pump. It seems odd that two prices of equipment would fail at the exact same time but I guess it is possible.

Responsive, Professional, Attentive

Dealership was prompt to our inquiries about the vehicle of interest. Upon arrival to dealership, waited a short time for the vehicle to be prepped for a test drive. Salesman was knowledgeable about the vehicle and freely answered our questions. Overall, one of our better car buying experiences.

Satisfied

I am always pleased with the service provided by your service department and I drove a good distance to get this service. I purchased my Edge in Anchorage, Alaska and have returned to Oklahoma City. Although there is a Ford dealership nearby I make the drive to your facility because I trust your service department to provide your customary excellent attention to my needs.

Great experience, great people to do business with.

My experience buying at Bob Moore Ford Was what a new car buying experience should be. There was no hassle or haggle over price or what I wanted. Kelly Lee was an excellent salesman that didn't try to push things I did not want or need. There was no feeling at any time during the sales process that I was being pushed into something I did not want or like. The whole process went very smoothly and was a great experience - what it should be like when you are purchasing a new vehicle. This was my first purchase from Bob Moore Ford but I will certainly consider them in the future considering how well my first purchase went from them.

Service Visit

Tried to schedule on line. Page didn’t work past selecting type of service. No next or continue options appeared. Had to use old fashioned telephone during business hours. But service quality was worth it.

Amazing Experience

Brittany Tratner is amazing! I bought 2 new cars from her in 1 month! The experience was perfect! The finance guy Ian was amazing both Times as well The manager here is a pretty great guy too

Stress free

The service department personnel is very helpful and knows their stuff! Chris worked great with me. Ford also stepped up as a whole on an issue with my vehicle which I greatly appreciate! A lot of people will not use a dealer because many are not customer, quality or fairness oriented. This dealership is my number 1 go to and reminds me of it every time I visit or buy from them. Thank you!!!

Oil Change and Consumption Test

I made an appointment to have the oil changed in my Shelby GT350 and to start a oil consumption test. I was there for about 2 hours which is pretty average I believe and the service went smooth from what I can tell. Now it’s just playing the waiting game to see if the car is consuming excessive oil.
