Single mom of 4 brought my Dodge Charger in because the power steering went out. I asked them to look at it, but do not fix it without my consent. I get... a call 2 days later stating it was an electrical issue and that it would cost me $2200-$2400. I took it to my brother's mechanic of 12 years and took a look and noted that 2 fuses were out and that it would need to be replaced, for a whopping $45. I'll never take my vehicle back to then again. Can't trust anyone anymore these days. Thank God for my brother's honest friend.
Passenger seat was burned from the seat warmer. Will not fix, not under warranty. Been waiting for a amp for 3 months. Arguing with a service tech, over... fixing my car that I just purchased and have only driven 3 days at the most. Make sure you lean all seats back to make sure there are no hidden burns or rips. Also turn your speakers on so you can see if they all are working. If I have seen the burn in the seat the first time before purchase, I would of never purchased the vehicle. So I have a 2014 with a burned seat. HELLO Ms. Yolanda was kept me in good spirits. Other than that I will not get my car serviced there.
My husband and I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee and had a really nice experience. Billy Dismuke was great! Very friendly, answered all my questions... and very patient with us in making a decision. He made the process very easy. Would recommend!
Do you know the difference between a WestPointe car salesman and a Politician. The Politician knows he is lying. Lying and deceiving comes so naturally... to Salesmen like Andy it should be against the law to use the word "man" in their title. Same old story says it is this price waste a day and when it gets to financing the price is $4,300 more than agreed. Stay far away from this place. One of the Car sales liars tried to convince me he was Covid free because his wife has an autoimmune disease. UNBELIEVABLE

Came in with a bad situation. Didn't have any money to put down and need a car to get to work in. The put me in a nice gas efficient Cherokee that was... 9700 miles from BRAND NEW. I will be back for a truck, in the coming months
Wouldn’t let them work on my kids bike. Worst experience I have ever had with a service department and dealership. My truck was towed here by road side... assistants. I was in town for work and had no idea where to send it so I had them tow it to the closest dealership. They never notified me when they received my vehicle. I was basically stranded with no transportation two hours from home and here for a month for work. When they did contact me, they acted like it was my fault that the vehicle broke down and it was huge inconvenience for them to mess with it. Would not help me find transportation. Said the best they could do was trade the truck in for a new one. Would not communicate what was going on with my vehicle or when I could expect it back. We had to call every time. Called on Friday after Thanksgiving and was told the tech was out that day and they would call on Monday. No word on Monday. No word on Tuesday. Called on Wednesday and was told it was completed on Monday. Matt said he had called and left a message. He didn’t. No help getting me back to my vehicle. Had to Uber before work and open late so I could get my truck back. When I did get to pick it up, it was dirtier than when I took it in. Still had the transmission fluid all over the paint and undercarriage, and grease and dirt all over the driver side door on the inside and out. I use this vehicle to make a living and it is a representation of my company to clients. It’s frustrating that it was not cared for in a more respectful manner. Zero communication. Zero service. Zero sympathy. Zero help. Already having trouble with the truck again, so starting to question the quality of work completed.
Inquired about a Charger I seen on the internet, Cayden responded within 5 minutes to see what worked best for me to come see the car. When I went, Cayden... had the car front and center waiting on me. Cayden answered any question I had, he wasn’t pushy, and made the visit a positive buying experience. Can’t say enough about Cayden; he is young, always smiling, and very professional. Keep up the good work Cayden!!

November 10th to gather insight in a crew cab dodge truck. I was greeted by Mr. Bart Smith, and I was impressed with his professionalism. Historically, my interactions with automotive sales representatives have left me with no intentions of ever returning to the dealership; however, Bart Smith projected an image of confidence that was supported with every one of my questions being answered on the spot without the annoyance of having to leave and ask supervision. I gained additional clairvoyance of the vehicle I am interested in, so that I could make my decision with assurance that I would be getting a good product at a good deal. “ Exceeds All Expectations! ” I went in expecting to simply 'Look around' as I promised the wife I would do, prior to returning to Norman, OK from... a doctors visit in Yukon. I was already in negotiations with another dealership to purchase a new vehicle, even had the documents in the car with me. I arrived and stated the facts to Ron and a few others in the entrance way. They looked at my trade (high mileage, 2015 model) and stated they could work with me. Ron showed me a variety of vehicles in my budget area. All of this in a non-stress environment - absolutely no hassles or feeling pressured. They offered me a few options and I decided to take the vehicle on a test drive. Having owned a few Chrysler vehicles in the past - there was no negatives about the vehicle at all. I ended up getting a better vehicle 'Twice the truck I would have received at the other dealer' and at roughly the exact same out the door cost as a high volume dealer in the city. If anyone has any doubts I would ask them to simply go to Westpointe Chrysler Jeep Dodge and have a look around - they will be amazed.
