Bob Moore Auto Group Great to Deal With - Again!

We recently purchased a new Mazda from Bob Moore Mazda and couldn't be more pleased with the process! They were very fair on the price and generous on our trade. This is the second purchase we've made from a Bob Moore store - the first a few years ago at the Subaru dealership - and we received the same fair, fast service then, too! We highly recommend Bob Moore Auto Group!

Fantastic service!

I had some of the best service at Bob Moore Mazda! I was helped by Austin Baird and he was excellent help! He was very knowledgeable on the car that I was looking for and that was a very specific car. He helped me negotiate a very reasonable price as well. He was very friendly and had a great sense of humor which helped ease the crazy process of buying a car. 100% recommend him for anyone searching for a car.

Poor Communication

Went in thinking I was going to get a used car, we had the paperwork signed and we waited to see if the bank would give me a loan. I was told my car would be on hold over the weekend and we would be finished talking once I got back from out of town. The next day I receive a call stating that they sold the vehicle that was supposedly on hold. I was very disappointed. They need to fix this when it comes to their communication.

Great Service!

I got helped from the minute I walked in, until the minute I walked out. The financial staff, AJ, was super friendly and very funny, hilarious guy. The salesman that helped me out with my brand new 2017 Mazda 3 GT and was helpful and on point. Great people all around!

Dealer was great for first timers!

Salesman and Financial staff were all friendly and helped me out into getting me set up in a brand new 2017 Mazda 3! Great all around being my first time buying a brand new car.

Buying with Mazda

This is the second time I have bought from this dealership and both times have been Pleasant buying experiences filled with knowledgeable friendly salespeople who have catered to my needs without being pushy! They are patient and go above and beyond to keep their customers Happy! Brandon was our sales person and he was wonderful and so was the car manager!

Easy buying experience

Terry Johnson, the salesman, was very genuine and had my families best interest at heart when looking for the right vehicle for us. He was patient and the staff added no pressure when working on the pricing. He treated my son like family and it was a very relaxing experience. I will go back in a heartbeat when we need another vehicle for our household.

Easiest buying experience

The team here did a great job in helping me find exactly what was right for my family. I got a deal I would have never anywhere else and will definitely go back the next time we need a vehicle.
