Very satisfied with the entire Mazda crew
I recently bought a new Mazda 6. I am very happy with my new car, it drives smoothly and the size of the car is perfect for me. My experience started with one of the managers, Matlin who then put me in the hands of Bobby to test drive the car. Bobby explained everything in detail and was happy to answer a few questions a couple days later. Bobby also introduced me to Ken who explained the service schedule to me. I was most impressed by the finance team, Sami went above and beyond to get me the best possible deal. They were all very helpful and friendly and made it possible for me to buy the car I wanted.

Best Service Center I've ever gone too!!!
I have been taking my cars to Bob Moore Mazda for 16 years and have never had anything but EXCELLENT SERVICE done on my car and fantastic customer service. They are top-notch. Always greet me when I get there, know my name and are willing explain things, and won't do things that are not necessary. I tell everyone I know to go to Bob Moore for servicing their car!!!! First Time Mazda Buyer
We have been buying new cars for the past 30 years and I have always dreaded the process! Based upon our recent purchase of a 2016 Mazda CX-9, from Bob Moore Mazda, I have to say that it was one of the best experiences I have had. Bobby Villegas knows what he is doing and did not attempt to "strong-arm" us into paying an unfair price or higher priced automobile. I would also add, that the cordiality and respect was displayed by everyone we interacted with. AJ in financing was another person who deserves mentioning in this review. Again, no push to buy anything that we didn't want.

Worked with me to get the car I wanted
Bobby and AJ worked hard and well to get the deal for the car I went to see. It was a very nice experience. If anything, the layout of the sales floor could be better designed, feels a bit cramped.

Worst Experience of My Life
Bob Moore cost me over $20,000. Their service department caused my engine to blow up. They didn't follow the recommended procedure for the service they provided. My car is worthless today and Bob Moore Mazda blames me. I'm taking them to court, but wanted to warn Oklahoman's about the way they deal with difficult situations. They ignore you and know you can compete with their car dealers money machine. I'm going to every competitive dealer that Bob Moore competes with in an effort to share my horrible experience in hopes you won't have to.

Knew what I wanted
I had done some online research and found the vehicle I wanted. I had a Mazda for many years and wanted to upgrade a level. Bob Moore did not have the one I wanted but immediately found one out of state and had it delivered to their dealership the next day. Everyone on the team, from sales to finance, did a great job.
