Knew what I wanted
I had done some online research and found the vehicle I wanted. I had a Mazda for many years and wanted to upgrade a level. Bob Moore did not have the one I wanted but immediately found one out of state and had it delivered to their dealership the next day. Everyone on the team, from sales to finance, did a great job.

Took months of my car buying escapade
I had a list of several cars from several makers I wanted to review. I was looking for cars in the under $30,000 category that were either new or had less than 35,000 miles. The staff at Bob Moore pulled cars from their used car inventory from the different makers and allowed me to test drive them. They then allowed me to take a vehicle home over the weekend and we drove to an event out of town and back. The specific car I drove needed a couple features to complete my wish list. We were able to quickly settle on a price and the service center added the features to the car and I took delivery the next evening. The finance team showed me a lot of options that fit my expectations and made that part of the experience an enjoyable one as well. The entire experience was relaxing and fun.

Purchased a new CX5
The salesmen at Bob Moore Mazda were very helpful when wanting to test drive cars. However, when they did not have the exact car I wanted they continually put me in higher trim level cars. This didn't allow me to get a good feel for the car I was going to get or the car I would driving. After deciding to purchase a CX5, they found a few in neighboring states to get shipped in. Other than filling out paperwork twice, it was a very smooth process.

Jeep Wrangler purchase
I purchased a jeep wrangler from Bob Moore Mazda. I live in Indiana and it was one of the easiest purchase I have never made. Salesman kept me up-to-date with the shipping process. Finance was great. Overall best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle

Great New Car buying service
Great new car buying service. Other Mazda dealers in OKC area did not negotiate and wanted to add additional costs onto final purchase of vehicle. We went to Bob Moore and they worked with us to get us the price we wanted. Great help and understanding of the customer's needs and wishes.

new car purchase experience was excellent
We just purchased two new Mazda 3's and it was SO easy. Tom Koch, our salesman was very professional and personable. Answered all questions and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. Everyone at the dealership treated us a very special people - Matlin, Kendra, Jimmy, Ken, Matt and all the others were super. New Car Purchase
I was ready to buy a new Mazda. I currently had a 2008 Mazda 3 that served me well, also bought brand new from Bob Moore Mazda. I wasn't exactly sure which model I wanted this time, but knew I wanted another Mazda. I came in without an appointment and was connected with Cameron Davies, Sales Consultant. He spent 3 hours with me letting me test drive vehicles and ask extensive questions. He even provided me with out the door prices on 3 cars I couldn't decide between. I was deciding to leave so I could sleep on everything, and that's when Matlin Mixon , New Car Sales Manager, came into the picture. He wanted to do anything necessary to make it possible for me to decide that day, but I was tired and just couldn't. I came back the next day ready to make a decision and was greeted by both Matlin and Cameron in a friendly and professional way. There was no recourse due to me leaving the night before, and we picked right back up where we needed to be. I agreed on a vehicle and was then introduced to Ken Byrum, Service Consultant, who gave me an awesome book of coupons to use on service appointments for my new car and gave a thorough run down on what I needed to know about keeping my new Mazda 6 properly maintained. From there it was on to Kendra Moore, Business Office Manager, for financing. She is a sweetheart, and was helpful and informative from the word go! She did not make me feel like a number or like taking my money was the goal. Bob Moore Mazda will give you everything they promise and more, and even if you have to remind them of something, they will make it right. I have nothing but good things to say about my car buying experience. I feel like I became part of their family, and that's the type of atmosphere they provide. My parents went with me, and after observing my experience, they went back and bought a new vehicle as well. I think that speaks for itself!!

Bad purchase
I was looking for a 2004 Mazdaspeed Miata and I found a used one at Bob Moore Mazda. The price was about $800 over what Nada and KBB suggested but because of the condition they said it was in I was willing to pay the extra. My salesperson was Thomas Kock and he was very professional and courteous and I had a good buying experience. Unfortunately when I got it, it had a check engine light which wouldn't go off so I took it too a number of mechanics to find out what was causing it. Turns out it was a leaking valve which costs a good deal of money to fix. I'm still happy with my purchase but am very disappointed that they sold it to me like this. Please make it right Bob Moore Mazda cause I would love to give you a 5 star review!!
