Sunset Ford staff are always friendly and helpful and do a great job servicing my vehicle. I am usually very busy working and being able to use a loaner to get to work would be very helpful if I need to leave it for several hours, otherwise very happy with the service.

Would never go back again. Customer service sucks....
Would never go back again. Customer service sucks. Manager sucks. You have been warned. Find another place to go. Horrible horrible place. Made my husband walk home after not releasing my vehicle we live 35 mins away. It was 28 degrees outside. When asked why she couldn’t give him my car she got an attitude and proceeded to tell him that she shouldn’t even be there because it was 5:02 and they close @ 5 Kelly is the one who called me to tell me my car was ready.Kelly from customer service was the most disrespectful. disappointing customer service rep I have ever met. Once she called me to tel me my car was ready. She told my husband that him and I need to do our jobs and call the warranty company our selves. That’s not our job it’s Kelly’s job to do. Again do not take your car here. You will be disappointed. You have been warned.

Ariel, our sincere apologies again for how this transpired. This is not how I would have liked your visit to have gone as I mentioned last time we talked. It has been a topic of discussion to all my staff that if an outside warranty company is paying to be sure payment is received prior to calling the customer for pick up. I know you are disappointed with us, and I assure you this is not what we want for our customers. I am so sorry. I promise it is something we have addressed.
