My husband and I had a pleasant experience buying our Ford Explorer. We couldn't ask for much more in a car buying experience. Kyle was pretty busy when we arrived, but he handled everything in a timely manner, checking on us and letting us know every step of the process. Process was very relaxed and we didn't feel like we were being pushed to buy something we did not want.

Have been a costumer with sunset ford for a few years! When I decided to buy a newer truck I went in and met Joe! We talked a bit and I gave him an idea of what I was looking for and what I'd like to get for trade of my truck. He was easy to talk to personable and friendly. Told me he had what he thought I might be interested in. Really surprised me with a beautiful blue 2017 super cab with the coyote engine. Milage was impressive at only 17000. on the clock. We made a quick deal,and I had a new truck. Mister Hill (or just Joe) is a nice guy to deal with. And the best part is he's there for any questions you might have. He is very service involved and helpful in any way he can be. He is a great member of the staff. Very pleased to have met him and glad to have him as a friendly face when I walk in.
