I wouldn’t say this is the Waterloo locations fault but...
I wouldn’t say this is the Waterloo locations fault but my repair took 3 months, the part was on back order and Ford wouldn’t rent me a car and told me there was nothing they could do besides open a case which Ford did nothing about. I ended up having to buy a new car to get me to and from because my car wasn’t safe to drive until it had its repair.

Sunset Ford staff are always friendly and helpful and do a great job servicing my vehicle. I am usually very busy working and being able to use a loaner to get to work would be very helpful if I need to leave it for several hours, otherwise very happy with the service.
