Joe was very prompt in calling me after I put an inquiry regarding my trade in value. Very helpful throughout the whole process and continues to be even after the purchase of my vehicle. I truly appreciated how up front and transparent everybody at the dealership was . There wasn't the standard dog and pony show of let me go see if I can get you more in rebates or trade in value is . Came back the first time with a good number both in rebates and trade in value. I appreciate that greatly

The particular day I was there the work load was high and...

The particular day I was there the work load was high and the mechanics were short staffed. Took a bit longer than normal for my car to get into the shop even though I had an appointment. Not a big deal cuz I have always been happy with the service at Sunset Ford of Waterloo. I have purposely bought Fords because our Ford dealership does a good job and it’s convenient.

Friendly quality service but i put my truck in for a...

Friendly quality service but i put my truck in for a break job and 3 hrs into the appt they said they didn't have the parts to do the job and had to wait for parts to be picked up returned and put on. . You would think if a arranged replace break pads job was booked in advance that the parts would be on hand to do the job in a timely manner
