Sunset Ford of Waterloo

Never received my Ford Pass reward points after service performed. Also had to remind parts department to reset my warning light after oil was changed.

Friendly, kind and helpful staff at Sunset Ford of Waterloo Illinois. This was our 5th vehicle purchased at the dealership. Kyle Brewer helped us find the truck we needed for our company. We had quite a list of requirements for a truck and Kyle Brewer found it for us. The process from sale to financing was a easy and fast process. Bill the manager was friendly and efficient at getting us out the door with our purchase. Also Debbie helped with our transaction to make it run smoothly.

Fast efficient service dept. Serviced vehicle very quickly and was on time as promised. Courtesy staff and personal were very professional. Highly recommend for Ford vehicle service.

He not only assisted me in installing Android Auto, but he also showed me several additional features such as waze and Google maps. I was very impressed with his knowledge and enthusiasm for the Ford product.

CJ in service department is great, explains everything to me in detail and finds and fixes problems before they give me trouble. Truck is always ready on time with service performed as requested.
