First service with Sunset Ford-service was good-did not...
First service with Sunset Ford-service was good-did not like the “up” selling. If I had said yes to everything I would have been $500 plus dollars out of my pocket. Then I was approached AGAIN and asked if I wanted a new battery and another additional service costing more money for winterizing. I sat in the showroom because the chairs in the waiting room are small and uncomfortable for larger people.

Had an unusual issue with electronics of our Mustang. The initial repair attempt did not correct the problem but second attempt found the issue and corrected it. Kelly was very easy to work with and I was kept informed of the progress of the work.
