When I set up the oil change I stated what vehicle I had, and asked what it would cost and was told the most would be 59.99 the works, when my wife picked up the vehicle it was $75xx and is ridiculous. I will not let you change my oil again.

What’s crazy about this is I get free oil changes for life from another dealer, just didn’t want to drive that far, and had ford rewards that was told would cover the cost of the oil change so I came to you instead.
No thank you they are all used from my I understanding, I was told prior to that I had enough to cover the cost. I’m fine that I paid the money it’s more the principal of what was said compared to outcome.

I came into the dealership knowing what vehicle I wanted to drive. However, after driving it I realized it wasn't what I was looking for. I had driven one at their sister facility in St Louis earlier in the day & told him I would take that one if possible. Without hesitation, Tyler left to go get the truck and I finished all of the paperwork while he was gone. He & I related on a law enforcement standpoint which absolutely made a difference in the way we interacted and made me feel that much more comfortable with the whole experience. If you go to Sunset Waterloo, ask for Tyler!
