What a great experience! Absolutely no pressure, we drove the cars we wanted to check out and were not at all pressed to make a decision towards a higher priced car. I would highly recommend Tyler and Sunset Ford in Waterloo!

I have used Sunset Ford for about 8 years. As my 2010 Ford F150 is very reliable, I do not need any other services, except for oil changes and regular required maintenance. The service department is very friendly and will try to work with you when scheduling service.

Not happy with Ford this is the the first sand last new...

Not happy with Ford this is the the first sand last new vehicle I will ever buy from you I paid thousands for a lifetime warranty and in 2 years I have had a clutch issue and an evap leak and the evap leak was not covered because it was a hose that is bull crap in what xxx world is a gas evap leak not covered within two years of having car you should have just ate that expense now I know what to expect from ford not standing behind your vehicle I guess that 380 dollar bill is worth me not buying and me talking every single person I know out of buying a ford and by the way my parents have bought only fords their entire life until now thanks for taking an advantage of a loop hole in your warranty. Bye from an unsastified customer.
