This place is horrible. If they don't like where you...
This place is horrible. If they don't like where you bought your previous car they wont help you just because they don't like that dealership. Had a appointment with them and it was 30 mins from closing and they acted like they didn't have time for you. Very snotty!!! Wouldn't even discuss the down payment with us. Little did they I had plenty of money to put down but since they wanted to be xxxxxxxx we left and will take our business elsewhere. Your loss!!!! Buyer Beware of this place!!!!!!!!

Staff were all nice , and we certainly were not pressured. Staff was knowledgeable about IL licensing policy (specific to heavy duty trucks). Overall a pleasant buying experience.

I was not very pleased with the service department this...
I was not very pleased with the service department this last time for a simple seat repair. The repair was scheduled in advance. C.J. The service rep told us to bring our vehicle in for the repair on 11/24 at 8 am. When we delivered the car Kelly told us that she did not know anything about the repair and C.J. Was off for the day. She found our paperwork buried in a pile of repairs. We also informed Kelly about a transmission issue we where having with our vehicle that we had to address at a later time.later that evening around 4:45 pm. We had not heard from the service dept so we decided to go to the dealership. Every attempt to call the service dept went into C.J.’s voice mail. So when we arrived at the dealership. Kelly informed us that our car was driven to their facility but they were not given the part. The company tried to call but were always transfer to CJ’s voice mail. Therefore our car was not repaired until the following day. Causing us to be with out a vehicle. The dealership has a problem with communication and follow through.

Updated Navigation system because of all the route...
Updated Navigation system because of all the route changes. Better than putting it into the Nav slot & still having to bring it in cause it doesn’t always upgrade properly
