I am lucky to have been a customer with Sunset Ford Waterloo. I was browsing the lot while my vehicle was being serviced and found a truck that I was interested in, I walked in the showroom and met Joe. I immediately realized Joe was going to be fun to work with, he made a point to get to know me and in turn I learned a lot about Joe. I learned Joe enjoys working for Sunset Ford Waterloo, he took ownership of my entire experience and made sure I was satisfied through it. The time had finally come where I was to go thru the dreaded vehicle buying process . I had dealt with another local Ford dealer and did not have good experience at all , once I read the reviews about Sunset I thought they deserved a shot . The experience was as good or better than the reviews stated , I dealt with Joe first and the transaction was a very fast and natural unlike other dealers . What a great experience I had this past weekend. I’ve never been a Ford Girl. Joe Hill was a very knowledgeable salesman. During the whole deal Bill Rolufs and Mark Springer and Joe Hill made me feel very comfortable never pushed and all gentlemen worked extremely hard.
