Great people and place to work with!

Kyle was great, I had a roll of toilet paper in my truck for an emergency during the corona virus outbreak and he didn't even steal it, I tried bribing him with it to give me a better deal on my purchase, and he's so honest that he wouldn't even except it! Great guy to work with, and I highly recommend seeing him if your in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Julian was great!

Came in to help a friend buy a car. Julian was patient and genuine in his desire to help her find the suv she wanted. He spent time making sure she was comfortable and had the right vehicle for her. Julian and Mark put together a good deal that fit her budget! Thanks Julian

Great All-Around Experience

We had been shopping for approximately two months with dealerships on-line, in person, and electronic media, for a 2015-2017 Ford F-350 Super Duty, Lariat, FX4, diesel, crew cab within our price range. I found one at this dealership using CarGurus but it was late on a Monday night. I called and was directed to sales professional, Kyle Brewer. I explained we lived in north St. Louis County and wanted to see the truck if possible that night. Kyle said he would wait for us to arrive even though it would be near closing time as it was a 45 minute drive for us. When we arrived Kyle was waiting for us with a smile even though it was about 15 minutes before closing time. He had the truck up front and allowed us to test drive it. Following the test drive Kyle allowed my wife and I to privately discuss if this was the truck we were sure we wanted to purchase. It was now after hours for the dealership but Kyle told us to take our time as he realized the importance of our decision. After we decided it was the vehicle we were searching for, Kyle sat down with us while we negotiated a final sale figure. We struck a deal on a great looking 2015 F-350, with only 26,000 miles and surprisingly, it was equipped with exactly all the options we were looking for. Certainly not an easy task when buying used. I ran into an issue with a warning light about the DEF system within a 100 miles after our purchase. I contacted the dealership and spoke with Service Advisor, Brad Middendorf. I explained the issue with him and was directed to bring the truck in to diagnose what the issue was. I did and was met with a smile and genuine concern by Brad. After a short time Brad advised me there was an issue with the DEF injector and a possibility that the DEF may be contaminated. He made arraignments for rental car for me, at the dealerships' expense, since a part had to be ordered and the DEF needed to be drained and replaced. Brad stayed in touch with me daily as the repairs were completed. With the repairs completed I drove our F-350 home completely satisfied, not only with the purchase, from Kyle Brewer, but with how I was treated from Service Advisor, Brad Middendorf. My sincere thanks to Kyle and Brad.

Pleasant Experience

Joe Hill was very nice to deal with on our purchase of our Explorer. We got a fair deal and Joe made us feel like he wanted us to be happy with deal when we walked out. i would definitely recommend seeing Joe when looking for a car! Bill in finance was great, too!

I love my new Ranger

After buying my first truck 30 years ago (yes, a Ranger), I decided it was time to do it again.
