After visiting another dealership with bad service. I went to Sunset Ford in Waterloo total different experience. We where greeted promptly and felt welcomed. Jon answered all our questions. Had us in the car we where interested in for test drive right away. When we got back he worked hard to get us the deal we where looking for. In all we had a wonderful experience would recommend Jon and we will be back again.

Ordered a Ford Raptor with Joe Hill and Mike Rich back in March. Took delivery last week and could not be happier with the truck and the team at Sunset Ford. The process was long and at times trying (due to Fords process of tracking and information) but Joe and Mike more than made up for it with their communication and service. The Raptor was in perfect condition when delivered. The price for the Truck and for my trade in were also fair and transparent. Mike in financing was also a pleasure to deal with and explained everything nicely. Upon delivery Joe Hill explained well the details of operation and the setup of the phone, sync, Ford pass. I recently bought a 2018 Ford F150 from Sunset Ford in Waterloo, IL. This was by far the best and painless experience I had buying a car. Joe Hill assisted me with his knowledge in which F150 would be the best to fit my daily requirements. I Traded in my Mustang Gt. which believe it or not I received top dollar for my trade. I Have purchased cars from there in the past. They have great customer service. I felt like I was Family sitting in there. Went to the dealership to look at a certain car we saw online. When we got there he already had it pulled up front with the keys ready to go. Once we sat down at the desk Jon was all about getting us the deal we want. He went back and forth multiple times to get us what we were asking for with the finance guy. Once we were about to finally finish up Jon wasn’t satisfied with the inside of the vehicle. He took it back to get it detailed again. I killed some time going to dinner. When I got back it still wasn’t done and Jon was doing everything he could to make me comfortable while I waited. He went to check on the status multiple times and even helped to finish washing the car. He was very caring of how his clients were treated and was not just looking to get a sale. All around a great guy not trying to rush us out the door.

Ryan has great people skills and really comes off genuine. I’ve dealt with shady car salesmen before and he is definitely not one of them. You can tell he wants what’s best for his customers. I would recommend him and Sunset Ford in Waterloo to friends and family.
