I was looking for A car for my 17 year old son. We looked at several cars and took a few to our family mechanic. All of the other dealerships said our mechanic would be hard pressed to find something wrong with the cars, low and behold they had oil leaks, transmission issues, etc. I saw and test drove the 2005 Ford Taurus. It only had 68000 miles and a 1 owner car. When we returned from the test drive, Joe Hill Who was our salesman told me upfront the car had an oil leak and a few more problems, but they were going to fix them and when they finished I could still take it to my mechanic. Right off the top I was impressed by his honesty about the problems with the car. Joe kept his word. They repaired the oil leaks, another gasket, put new windshield wipers on and a new serpentine belt. When the repairs were finished he called and said that I could pick it up and take it to my mechanic. Everything checked out. Needless to say my son didn't want the car because it was not his style so I bought it for myself. I felt I received honest and fair treatment. I would definitely recommend Sunset Ford Waterloo and definitely the salesman that helped me Joe Hill.

I started my search online and searched several dealerships looking for a few specific wants for my F250. Not only did Sunset have the exact truck I was looking for, they had it at the lowest price out of the dozen dealerships I had searched on. Jon did a great job working with me and answering all of my questions making the large buying decision easy and pleasant. He has great people skills and knows how to build a quick rapport with his customers. Mike and Jim also did a great job working with me while negotiating the deal and explaining all of the charges and what they were actu all for.

Jon was a very helpful and knowledgeable salesmen. He was highly educated on the car that I was looking to purchase, and did his very best to get me a good price. If I had to buy another car I would definitely go through him.
