Over a thirteen year period I have purchased six new Ford vehicles from Sunset Ford of Waterloo. Before I found this dealer I hated the entire process of buying a new car or having it maintained at a dealership. The people at Sunset Ford of Waterloo changed all of that for me. One salesman has sold me all of these vehicles and has gained my trust and friendship through his straughtforward approach and honest assessment of my needs and desires in each vehicle I have purchased there. George Schneider is the only person I will talk to when I want to buy a new vehicle. The service department at Sunset Ford of Waterloo has also shown me that auto dealer experiences can be pleasant. The work they do is excellent and thorough. They are Frank wit me about what needs to be done but don't try to sell me things I really don't need done. Sunset Ford of Waterloo is my aotomobile dealership!

All of the staff I worked with were informative and helpful. The truck was not dealer stock and was ordered. Through no fault of Sunset in any way it took a bit of time between order and delivery. George and Mike kept checking on progress and through their contacts did their best to push it along and were forthcoming with information to keep me up to date.

We saw the truck we been looking for, called talk to George Schneider and when we got up there George had it out front ready to test drive.
