Lonnie speaks aggressively with customers. She over talks them. She is always back peddling to explain the lie she previously stated. She is hard to get ahold of on the phone but complains if you schedule appointments online. She is consistently changes what she states is "Ford Policy" in regards to courtesy vehicles for repairs but refuses to provide anything in writing. Your sales staff is amazing and for that reason we will continue to come back.
