I chose the Waterloo ford dealer because I wanted a small town personal touch. I am so glad I did. Everyone was great to work with, especially Joe Hill my sales representative. I had to order my new truck and he kept me up to date on its status the entire time and when it finally arrived he had it ready for me the next day.

ADRAIN FITCH was forthright, honest and genuine!! We drove 3 different vehicles, Adrain pointed out the Lamamir was a better deal. I was making a decision on the inside of myself to include my wife. So, We chose the smaller F-150 STX. Black. My last point, we are a praying couple which we did before we left the house. God already had Adrain ready to help us, and I was impressed with him right off the bat!! This is my first Ford! I’m 65 yrs old. For us it’s the perfect size .Plenty of room for our 3 grandkids. We felt like we made a good deal after we left, and still do today. We appreciate Adrian and Jeff LePlant at Sunset Ford Waterloo!!
