I dropped off my vehicle without an appointment. Your Service Advisor, Lonnie, handle my request for scheduled maintenance and check engine light issue. She could have made me get a appointment scheduled, but accommodated me and got my truck serviced in a reasonable timeline.

They explain what's wrong an make sure you understand it. they got me the part number to the Gem module that was bad on my 2001 GT Mustang Convertible the part is obsolete you can by them online different manufacturers.
