Employees at the service desk were very friendly and helpful. May you feel good about coming in. When my vehicle was finished, the technician came into the waiting room and told me about the condition of my battery. Everything was very clean in the service drop off area and waiting room.

I purchased a used Renegade from Joe Hill at Sunset Ford and couldn't have asked for better service. Joe was incredibly honest; I was trading in a very old car not worth much and he gave me my options. He upfront told me he wasn't a Jeep expert (as its a Ford dealer) but still was able to get me answers to every question I had and information I needed. Additionally, I had to leave town in the middle of the process unexpectedly which gave the dealership time to do a full inspection on my new vehicle. Joe, kept me in the loop, texting me updates and making sure we were scheduled to get the sale completed when it was right for me. I always try to get out of the city when buying a car and Sunset Ford is close enough to be convenient but far enough away to offer that small town atmosphere of an honest dealership. I'll definitely look to Joe and Sunset Ford again when I'm in the market for another car.
