    I was pretty upset after taking my Ford Edge to Dave Sinclair. I had called and set up an appointment a MONTH in advance for technicians to look at my vehicle for a current problem. I even dropped my car off the night before the appointment. The reason I am upset is that I get a call saying that they didn't even look at it the day of my appointment and that if I wanted to bring it in on Monday they could possibly look at it then. My only thought was I set up an appointment a month ago and you didn't even look at it and now I would have to make arrangements again and bring it back and you still may not even look at it then. What a joke! What is the point of making an appointment then! Needless to say I will not be taking my vehicle back, called that day and made another appointment with another dealership who could not believe my story and said they would see the car as soon as I bring it in!

    My husband and I needed to get new car fast and we went to to Dave Sinclair Ford and I have to say it was the best car experience we ve ever had our salespeople Gary Mull and Mike Quinney were the best and so very helpful we love our new car we got 2014 Ford Fiesta couldn't be any happier.Would recommend to anyone.

    This dealership is very organized and the work is done quickly and efficiently. They are friendly and well organized. They are a little more expensive than some of the other repair shops in the area, but I attribute that to the face that they are providing factory trained service people.

    The salesman, Kevin Sherlock, was friendly and helpful in buying the 2010 Ford F150. The truck in like brand new, most people I show it to thinks it is a new truck. The were fair and honest with my trade in and the whole buying process.

    I purchased a vehicle, my second one, from them a year ago, took it in for recall procedures and seasonal check up - they gave me a rental, kept me in the loop of what was going on and didn't charge me more than they said they would. I will not go to another dealership as long as I receive service, customer service like this. Everyone should have a friend in the car business, :)
