Amazing customer service!
AT made sure that we had everything we needed, he met with us on his day off to just look to see what our options were and had all the credit information filled out by the time we got there and just needed to test drive the car he knew I wanted and sign the papers. It was a very quick and painless experience. Thank you so much AT for making an easy transition into a new car! We will be sending our friends your way!!!!!

Great Service Experience
I've had my Elantra for service several times here and the staff is always respectful and helpful. I love the complementary wash and this time they even vaccuumed the car.

Oil change
Easy and friendly service. I like the spacious waiting room with the TV, newspapers and bottled water available. They were flexible and understanding when I ran a little late.

Great New Car Buying Experience!
Anthony was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Answered all my question and went out of his way to find us the car we wanted and delivered as promised. Great customer service!!!! From the moment that I first called to set an appointment, to the minute I was given my keys and wished a "wonderful weekend" the superiority of the service advisor, Mr. Alex Alvarado was the perfect balance of extreme professionalism and customer care. Above and beyond even my own expectations. (which are not sub-par by any means!) I was very impressed with Mr. Alvarado's knowledge, as he was not only able to answer ALL of my questions but meet my demands with a friendly and sincere smile as well. Bravo Laird Noller, you've acquired yourselves a truly rare commodity in that I wouldn't even hesitate to send my own grandmother to your service department if I knew that Alex was going to be the advisor that would assist her, & that's NO JOKE!!

Great overall experience
We are very pleased with our experience with the service department at Laird Noller Hyundai in Lawrence, KS. While the part ended up being delayed by two days, we were always kept alerted to the situation (the communication we received was exemplary), and the actual service was performed beautifully. We had a bad experience at a Hyundai dealer in Wichita, and have decided that all work we need done on our Hyundai will now be done at Laird Noller. Danny and Jessica specifically were wonderful to work with. Well done.

Getting great service!
I had some recall service commitments in addition to a separate concern. They addressed the recalls, including one I didn't know about, and handled my other issue. They were quick to offer transportation elsewhere in town, and gave me updates as progress was made on my vehicle. All in all, it was a fairly painless production, and I would not hesitate to go back for future service appointments.
