In and out, everything taken care of
Went in for an oil change. They reminded me that my left blinker was out, and got that taken care of too. Added a tire rotation for $5 more, everyone was nice and helpful. 20 minutes and I was done, at a decent price.

When our 2012 Hyundai broke down and was towed to the closest Hyundai dealer, Laird Noller in Lawrence, this was a blessing in disguise! Danny Dolar and Jessica worked on our behalf to convince Hyundai to replace our engine. Lesson learned...ALWAYS HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED AT THE DEALER PURCHASED AT AND ALWAYS BUY YOUR HYUNDAI FROM LAIRD NOLLER LAWRENCE!! Having bought our car in Olathe, Danny took it into his own hands and worked with Hyundai to get us a new motor. He saved us thousands of dollars due to a manufacturer defect! Having just a few oil changes done elsewhere could have changed this entire outcome and Danny and Jessica were A++++. Thank you Laird Noller Lawrence. Being in customer service...this was the best service I have ever experienced...considerate, prompt, professional, excellent follow up and sincere!!! Not the norm!!!

AWESOME experience
Jon was a great guy to work with. He was fast and efficient when it came to our financial paperwork. He was a very funny guy who was easy to work with. He made our car buying experience very enjoyable. This dealership was the best dealership by far that I have com e into contact with. They have helped us fix a couple of issues with our vehicle and that was such a great feeling knowing that they cared about our vehicle and not only a sale.

Salesman, finally good experience!
My husband and I originally were to see a different sales person. But, lucky for us, we had Jerry Hall. I've dealt with many sales people through my job over the years. Needless to say, I was dreading the same routine as we were looking for a new vehicle. Jerry, never once, was pushy or forceful. He has very down to earth and we really felt we could trust him.
