The best of service!
Jessica Lund, my service advisor is great! She went well above and beyond in attempting to locate a service contract I believed to be in effect. She made several calls, only to find that the contract had actually expired, but she did her very best to help me. She and Laird Noller are the best!

Excellent Transaction
My husband and I purchased our car this past week at Laird Noller in Lawrence, Kansas. we were most impressed with the professionalism that our purchase received. We felt that "all the cards were on the table" and the deal was made promptly and efficiently. We would highly recommend Laird Noller to those that are searching for their next vehicle...be sure and ask for Sean Isaacs an energetic, knowledgeable sales assistant. :)

Started bad, but ended good
I went into the dealership to get a couple recalls on my car done. I had called and set up an appointment so I could get right in. I was told to drop my car off at 8 a.m. on a Friday morning. Being a single mom, I had scheduled multiple appointments that day so I could do everything on my day off of work. When I showed up, I asked when my car would be done because I had multiple appointments that day. They proceeded to tell me that my car probably wouldn't even be worked on until at least 10 which is ridiculous since I was told to bring my car in at 8 a.m. I was in a dilemma and they began telling me that I could reschedule if that worked best for me. Obviously rescheduling would just be a hassle and I didn't like how the men were about to handle the situation. Luckily, a man (Joey Ruder) stepped in saying he would get me a rental car and even rode there with me so I wouldn't have to keep reinstalling the car seat since I had my 2-year old daughter with me that day. If it wasn't for this man being so kind, I would never go back to this same dealership.

Kind and Courteous Staff
We love our new truck! Car buying can be such a pain, and especially having to go through all of the paperwork (a necessary evil). It was so awesome to see the staff and salesmen interacting and entertaining my 9-year old daughter while we finished the buying process. We could focus on the transaction without distraction, and she had a great time! (Dare I said that Andrew enjoyed it too!). Did I mention how unbeatable the price was?! I love Laird Noller!

Got my first Hyundai. Couldn't be happier!
I had a fantastic experience from start to finish at Laird Noller Hyundai. Alex Alvarado was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He knew everything I needed to know about the new 2016 Tucson and even arranged for same day transfer of the model I wanted to see from Topeka to Lawrence. When I arrived to see the Tucson, I found it in the parking lot with a big green tag with my name on it. We went on a nice, long test drive and I was hooked. Once we made it to financing, I really felt like Alex went to bat for me and helped me get a great deal. He really made me feel at ease in a stressful situation. Not to mention, he personally helped detail the new Tucson I purchased so I could drive it home that night...and transferred all of my belongings from my old car to my new ride! In the finance department, Jonathan Riedel was also amazing to work with. He explained things very well and the transaction went very smoothly. He helped me determine the best finance options and allowed me to extend my warranty for a minimal increase in my monthly payment. I think I'm stuck on Hyundai! Thanks, Laird Noller! Randi

Great car buying experience
Great transaction and relatively painless as those go! Would definitely recommend to give them a try. The credit application was easy and the finance guy was very knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything very well!
