I purchased a vehicle from Sean Isaacs, He was very professional, answered` all our questions, was very friendly, he had our vehicle and paper work ready when we got there.

Anthony Thompson and Jonathan Riedel were awesome to work with. They did not pressure me and bent over backwards to find the vehicle that matched my wish list. They had to travel to Pennsylvania to get my SUV but never once made me feel like it was an inconvenience. Josh was very helpful in finding the specific vehicle we were searching for. He gave us his undivided attention and even came in on his day off (twice) to meet with us. First jerry was great. He explained all kinds of features of the cars I was interested in that I had over looked. It took a few more hours then I had anticipated to get the financing taken care of but in the end I am sure I got a fair deal and I appreciate that.

We had just completed 5 years of bankruptcy and we were in dire need of a new truck. We found one that we liked at Olathe Ford in May, unfortunately we were not able to purchase the truck at that time due to our bankruptcy, I had printed the information from the web site and kept it. When we were at the point that we could seriously start looking I entered information on what we were looking for on AAA build a car website. Josh from Laird Noller contacted me, as well as Nathan from Olathe Ford, I communicated with both of them on what we were looking for and that we would have some time restrictions due to our bankruptcy. I had sent both salesmen the information I had printed from the Website on the truck that we found in May, stating that this was the truck we were looking for. Neither of the dealers had the truck we were looking for on their lots, Nathan sent me information and a quote on a truck that he found that matched what we were looking for. I sent the quote to Josh asking if he could meet it or beat it. Josh stepped up to the plate and found the perfect truck for us at a better price. We still had to wait for the ok from the courts before we could complete the purchase, they agreed to hold the truck for us until we could buy it. We got the okay on Friday and purchases our truck yesterday. Just in time for Christmas! Josh and Jeff went above and beyond to find us the perfect truck and financing. Our new truck makes the 5th vehicle that we purchased from Laird Noller. I highly recommend them.

This was my first experience buying a car on my own, and it was excellent! I contacted the dealership about a used 2010 Honda Accord on Saturday, but would not be able to make it in for a test drive until Monday. The car was pulled around to the front and ready to go by the time I arrived. Doug was very professional, relaxed, and helpful.
