I had difficult financing issues and Mike worked really...

I had difficult financing issues and Mike worked really hard to get the used truck I wanted financed. When other said it could not be done and turned me away, Mike stepped up to the challenge and got it done. When I brought in my old worn out vehicle to be traded in, he worked out a great deal on that as well. Where I thought the would laugh and just tell me to scrap it, they actually gave me a decent trade value for it. Mike was always very polite, quick to respond and never complained. The best part was, even though Mike put allot of effort into getting my loan approved, he always made me feel like I WAS WORTH HIS TIME. Thank you Mike, you did a great job.

When I entered the dealership I was apprehensive, as I had been to several looking for a 2013 ford Taurus that was as listed on the internet. Sorry to say most listed a lot delivered a little.( such as the owner's daughter does the advertising and I sell the cars, facts are confusing.) This however was not my experience here. People were genuinely friendly ,polite, and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. And let me add. knowledgeable and helpful. Well I purchased the car, but they are still on probation. TONY HEATHERLY

No hassles at all. Great group of guys to do business with. They are all very friendly. Even have me a loaner to go get something to eat while I waited.

I had a great experience with Josh Hoke as a sales person. He responded quickly to my inquiry on TrueCar.com. He followed up to confirm our appointment and was waiting for me when I arrived. He was professional, courteous, and made me feel comfortable in stating my preferences and finally the choice that I made. I did not feel pressured at any time - which is the most important thing to me in working with a sales associate. I also had a great experience with Kyle in finalizing the paperwork - financing, added warranties, and title work. He also was professional, courteous, and prompt. I will definitely refer other people to Laird Noller in Lawrence and specifically to Josh Hoke as a sales associate. Great experience - completely satisfied!!!

Josh was helpful and straight forward in regards to price...

Josh was helpful and straight forward in regards to price and timeline for getting my new car. His no BS attitude sealed the deal and he didn't try to steer me into something on the lot that I did not want. Alex was easy to sign the paperwork with and didn't waste my time by insisting on the extra warranty, which I appreciate. They were very helpful in explaining how to get my refund for my previous extra warranty at a different dealership for my trade in.

Josh was great to work with. I knew the vehicle I wanted and the price I was willing to pay via the internet. Josh immediately contacted me and was able to answer all my questions. When I arrived at the dealership, Josh caused a smooth transaction and I didn't have to wait around to get out the door. Very positive experience.

We highly recommend Matt as a Sales Associate. He is tremendously knowledgeable about vehicles, very customer service oriented and extremely polite. At no time did we feel that we were being rushed by him to make a decision on a vehicle. After we had signed the dotted line, Matt spent an enormous amount of time with us showing the ins and outs of our new suv. He even set up the computer system for us. Matt made the experience of purchasing a new vehicle a pleasure. We also need to recommend Laird Noller in Lawrence, Kansas for having the intelligence for hiring such a first class employee. We would and will buy from him again!

From my initial experience with Dale Kite, my salesperson, to the ongoing service wiht Laird Noller my experince has been outstanding. Most recently I had an oil change at the express lube. Fast service is a good thing!
