I filled out an information request online and was...

I filled out an information request online and was contacted by Josh Hoke within 30 minutes. He was able to send me email quotes of a vehicle that met all of my needs. Upon phone phone contact he advised me of how to get a quote for my trade and was able to get me a reasonable price. Josh was able to met all of my requests within 24 hours of contact. Upon my arrival at the dealership, the car was cleaned and ready to go. The paperwork process was relatively easy. Cody worked with Josh and got all of my requests met. Kyle was knowledgeable on his part of the buying experience.

This was the first time my wife and I have purchased a...

This was the first time my wife and I have purchased a car together, so it was a learning process. We must have visited 25 dealerships in a period of about three weeks. We went to Topeka, Kansas City and, of course, also shopped here at home in Lawrence. Out of all the salesmen we met during those visits, Greg was by far the best. He was very helpful, patient, straightforward and never once set off our xx detector. He asked us questions about ourselves in order to assess our needs, shared little bits about his own life, and ultimately made us feel comfortable about making a big decision. He also has a great sense of humor and reminded us a little of Tommy Lee Jones–a good old boy who knows what the xxxx he's talking about. Anyway, Greg was great, and we enjoyed getting to know him a little. We still feel that we made a wise decision to purchase our car from Laird Noller, and Greg was a big part of that.

We first saw the vehicle we wanted to look at on the internet. When we pulled into the parking lot Doug greeted us and took us to the car we wanted to look at. We went on a test drive and loved the car. However when we pulled in, there was another vehicle that cought our eye and Doug also let us take that one for a test drive also. Being very patient with us. We decided on the original car we went there to look at. They let us take it for the weekend to make sure we liked it. It was an overall very nice experiance of car buying. We will recomend anyone we know to Lair Noller in Lawrence!

A very good experience with this dealership from start to finish the wasn't one complaint, the vehicle offer was fairly priced and what I was offered on my trade in was more than fair would do business with both the salesman and the used car manager

Joe is an excellent salesperson. He never put any pressure on us, and was extremely informative. On one occasion, we arrived at the dealership fairly late, near closing time. He went out of his way and allowed my wife (the purchaser) to test drive a car over to the LN Ford dealership, where she test drove another car. We didn't get back to the Hyundai dealership until after closing time. He is a former teacher by trade, and his salesmanship could be described as that of a good teacher - patient, clear, and informative. I would recommend him to anybody looking to shop for cars at Laird Noller Hyundai.

I've always received excellent service at Laird...

I've always received excellent service at Laird Noller Automotive. The new Quick Service Lane certainly expedites the process of the simple seasonal checkup/oil change. Bought my Explorer last year and don't think I ever received an opportunity to comment on the purchase: "built" it online, eventually provided my name & email address & phone number, was contacted by Josh Hoke. Josh "found" the car and had it delivered to Lawrence. Fun negotiating process with Josh & Sales Manager = very happy new car owner. Great work by all!

MIke Smith was an awesome salesman. I went in with my mom to buy a ford focus ST. I had been in contact with Mike before our visit. I had called him 2 days prior to the dealership visit to see if they had my ST. Unfortunately they did not however Mike was determined to get the car. In less than 30 minutes he had found me a car but not at the dealership. I was then informed that these cars were very difficult to come across. He searched everywhere to ensure that I was getting what I wanted. At the end of the search we were unable to find the color I wanted (performance blue) with the package I wanted BUT color was not much of an issue to me as the package was. In the end, I ended up with a "tangerine scream" ford focus ST with the package I wanted and most importantly at the PRICE I wanted. Everything went very smooth with no complications. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and seemed to want to please our every desire. We then went to meet with Jeff Kirwan to fill out all of our paper work (yuck!). Jeff made it really easy to understand as this was my first time buying a car and I had some questions but they got answered during his explanations. He was very understanding of my situation and dropped the price down on our coverage package about 50 bucks. This was my first time in a dealership even though my dad has worked at multiple dealerships in the past. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new ford in the KC area. I have nothing but good things to say. On monday I will be picking up my new baby! can't wait!

This is my first experience with Laird Noller Ford and it has been an easy and pleasant one! After having my vehicle towed to the dealership and worrying about transportation during the Thanksgiving holiday, I was put at ease when I learned that my vehicle was in good hands. Cole worked fast to find a loaner vehicle for me and assure me that everything was taken care of. Overall I have experienced excellent customer service, and I will be a repeat customer!
