Steve did a good job of helping me with tire(s)...maybe...

Steve did a good job of helping me with tire(s)...maybe some communication issues but they were overcome. Overall service has not been as good as in the past but I think things are improving. Steve is trying very hard to get the quality of service back into the dealership. I will be a little cautious for a while when service work is done on my car however. I'd like to see the past Larird Noller service emerge again. Tks, Lee Boyles *I think a nice touch for improving service work would be to vacuum the drivers side floor after service is completed...just a thought.

Great customer service!

Jerry Hall at Laird Noller Lawrence provided the best customer service experience that I would possibly ask for. There was no "hard sell" involved. If there would have been, I would have walked out the door. Jerry answered all my questions and was generally concerned that I purchased exactly what I was looking for. Everyone involved with the sale provided the same level of customer service. Needless to say, I will return.

Brought my Chevrolet Tahoe to Laird Noller on whim, I knew it needed a thermostat and my spouse needed the car ASAP. I spoke with the Service Manager, Steve who said they would get it done for me. I dropped it off with Wade first thing in the morning and was able to hand the keys to my wife over my lunch hour. Speedy service, no hassles, and quality work, all from a dealership that doesn't even sell the brand of my vehicle. I will definitely use Laird Noller for service on all my vehicles from here on out!

I knew what i wanted when i walked in the door. They made it easy, negotiated fairly, and helped me seal the deal within 3 days. Laird Noller has always been my service department, and has always provided great service. My old Protege is at 135K and running strong, and has been passed on to a friend. I really love my new car; it's just what i wanted! Thanks, Mike Brady! Your help setting up the phone/bluetooth was really appreciated!
