Best buying experience I've ever had. DJ (sales), Angel (general sales manager), and Heather(finance manager) did everything possible to get me in a great new truck at the best price, interest, and payment. I've bought alot of new vehicles over the years, and have never came out of a deal feeling this good. And I can't help but think not only did I get such a good deal, but I now have a dealership full of new friends!

Most rewarding experience in dealing with both Brian and Heather who are both very professional at their jobs. We were completely satisfied with the purchase of our vehicle from Tri-State Nissan (Brian Nieves) especially after traveling over 400 miles to purchase it. Heather Allen fully explained all details pertaining to the financial part of the sale and was very knowledgeable in all aspects.

I have purchased a Nissan previously and this dealership is great. Always helpful and professional and willing to accomodate my needs when maintenance was needed. Jeremy Ross is a great salesperson. His followup and willingness to listen and take the time to make my new car purchase easy was wonderful. I highly recommend your dealership and Jeremy Ross.

For my first "NEW" car purchase, I must say this was my first time dealing with a sales team that was very easy going and did not come off too pushy. I appreciate the hoops they jumped through for us and am overall very satisfied with the car buying experience.

We give Tri State Nissan in Winchester, Va. an A+ for customer service. Russell Furneisen was an excellent Sales Professional. We also received excellent service from D. J., David (both in Sales) and Heather in Finance. They made finding and financing the 2007 Nissan Versa we bought easy. We felt at ease during the whole process. Let me begin with telling you that this is the third Nissan that my family has purchased from Tri State Nissan. James Watkins, my salesman is very professional, but really customer friendly. He wanted to see me drive away in my new Nissan Frontier. The finance department (Heather Allen) was very helpful. The overall experience at Tri State Nissan was excellent. I would recomend Tri State Nissan to others.

My experience with your dealership was almost perfect. It was completely hassle free which is the way I prefer this type of thing to be. The customer services was fantastic, the negotiations went seamlessly and the overall courteousness of your staff was exemplary. Brian Linaweaver hung out with me while I waited and even showed me how to use the fourwheel drive on my new truck since I am a first time truck owner. The only issue is I waited a long time to close the deal due to understaffing but that was not that big a deal. Thanks Charles

James Watkins removes the stigma attached to car...
James Watkins removes the stigma attached to car salesmen. He is a very pleasant, knows the product he is selling and very thorough. He was very much interested in what I wanted and what he could get for me. My first purchase from Tristate Nissan but it won't be my last. This team is excellent and very much in tune with the wants and desires of the customers they service. I would and will recommend this dealer and salesman to my friends and family.

We called the dealer and spoke with Jeremy Ross. Arriving @ the dealership we were met by Jeremy Ross who showed us the vehicle we were interested in. He was most informative about the vehicle. No question we asked was too ignorant for him. We test drove the vehicle and we decided to purchase the vehicle. He was extremely informative. There were no hidden GOTTCHA nitches with the purchase. Mr. Ross attended to our needs in a proffesional & friendly manner. We have another Nissan and that will be paid off in 2012, and we plan to return here and purchase another JUKE with Jeremy being our salesman. He certainly is an asset to Nissan, and we are extremely pleased with the whole experience. Great job Jeremy!!!
