Though I had changed my appointment and was late for the re-scheduled one, Marty (Service Director at Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown) greeted me with a smile and reassured me that it was no problem. Service was prompt and thorough. Every department at Team MB of Hagerstown has been friendly, efficient, and genuinely caring. So very happy to be their customer!

The service I receive goes above and beyond with Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown. When I bought my first car I thought, I guess this is just the kind of service you get from any "Mercedes" dealership, by the time I bought my second car I had heard all around that people travel from everywhere to this particular dealership be because of the amount of care they show on a consistant level, and when I bought my third car, any thoughts of ever buying another car from anywhere else were completely gone. I bought a cls 550 and when traveling in Alabama I got a flat, and due to the rarity of the tire could not find a replacement. I stopped at multiple dealerships and made several calls on my 600 mile trip home trying to find anything to get my donut off and a real tire on but could not find anything. By the time I hit Virgina I was so upset that I called my sales guy, Wes who from many many miles away worked up a solution for me to get me safely home, I dropped my car at the nearest dealership, took a rental home and my Hagerstown dealer drove down to VA once the repairs were complete, turned in my rental and will be bringing my car home. I learned from all my stops at all the dealerships that were "Mercedes" that buying the name does not gaurs fee service, but buying from Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown however means you will be treated like nothing short of faimly, all the time and will no agenda. When we left home on Saturday afternoon to visit Hagerstown Mercedes-Benz Dealership, we had no intentions of purchasing a new vehicle that day. Our goal was to learn more about the vehicle and do some comparison shopping. Upon our arrival at the dealership, Barry London came out to greet us. He was warm, friendly and welcoming. Bary shared his extensive knowledge of the vehicle which included its structure, the options, as well as the comparison to other vehicles. During the test drive, he sat in the back seat and explained the vehicle. Upon our return to the dealership after the test drive, he continued to share information about the vehicle. He did not use any high pressure sales tactics which we very much appreciated. Then he asked if we would be trading our 4-Runner. We were unsure but he advised that he could give us an idea of the value. Barry alone with the Sales Manager answered our questions and made us feel comfortable with a decision to buy a Mercedes. They were very thorough, efficient and after some discussion, we made the final decision to purchase our first Mercedes. Barry seemed proud of this dealership and we got the feeling that he really enjoys his job. It was a pleasure working with him.
