Adam Himmelright in the Service Department is always professional, friendly and kind. He thoroughly explains every aspect of the service process, sets up a loaner car for me and makes the whole experience effortless. I greatly appreciate the service department staff and the ladies at the checkout desk. It is great to drive a quality product and it is even more wonderful to receive quality service.

This is our first Mercedes Benz, didn't ever really think we'd be able to own one. Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown made it possible and those we worked with were efficient, courteous and very helpful. Not only would I recommend the dealership and sales people, I will definitely be back for, hopefully, a NEW Mercedes Benz in the future!

Our experience with Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown was very delightful. Barry made both my wife and I feel at home when we visited. There was no pressure to buy now and there was never a time that I felt Barry was being pushy. When Barry was not available other staff member answered questions and seemed to really be dedicated to the dealership and no selfishness. Barry took time to listen to our wants and needs on our new vehicle and an order was placed to get the ideal vehicle we wanted. Barry was very organized when contacting us at specified intervals and no more than requested. What a great experience and I would recommend this dealship to anyone.

Handled our transaction exactly how we asked. Took our new car home the same day. Very accommodating, brought paperwork and trade in accessories the next day. Have spoken twice with dealership since bringing the car home and all were very helpful. Certainly are there to help and explain.

We recently took delivery on a custom built E class. Barry London sold the car and kept us abreast of the build progress quite effectively. At delivery, the vehicle and process were absolutely impeccable. The process was efficent, informative, most friendly, and enjoyable. The experience was the best that we have had in purchasing a new car. If we purchase another new car I would not consider another dealer nor another sales person.

This was my second visit to the Hagerstown dealership for repair and maintenance. Alex greeted me with my paperwork and asked pertinent questions to determine the best course of diagnosis for the shimmy and squeak. While I waited, I was entertained by the ever-changing population in the very comfortable lounge. Every MB employee was gracious and professional. When the diagnosis was complete, Alex fully explained all my options, and respected my decisions. This dealership sets the bar very high for their employees. Without exception, the employees surpass the top level of customer service. My expertise for the past 30+ years has been in the service industry, refining employees' approach to their customers. I love when it's done beautifully, as it was yesterday. I will be back for all repairs and maintenance, and when it's time for the next car, I look forward to working with Wes.

Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown is a great place to buy or lease. The entire staff is well trained and very comfortable and cordial. The whole process of shopping, buying or leasing, documentation and orientation is first class. I had very good experiences with Rob, Andre, Justin and Barry. There was no high pressure and I received more than two hours of orientation with Barry London who is terriffic.
