This was my first Mercede-Benz purchase. A huge part of the reason I purchased this vehicle was due to the amazing amount of personal attention of the sales staff (specifically Barry London). I went to three Mercedes dealers within a 50 mile radius....

I went to three Mercedes dealers within a 50 mile radius. Younger in Hagerstown was far more professional and trained than their counterparts in Rockville and Ellicott City. Barry,. Andre and Rob are all very skilled and friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Andre Taylor knew what he was talking about and did not...

Andre Taylor knew what he was talking about and did not waste my time following a script that did not take into account where I was in the sale. Instead, he keyed in on what was of interest to me and filled in all the areas that made my decision easier.

This has been the 8th vehicle we purchase from the Younger Motor Group and there is no reason to go anywhere else. My hats off to Justin Harbert for running an incredible dealership. This is the second vehicle I have bought from this dealership. The first experience was great and so was this one. The sales person is Friendly and very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this dealership to my friends.

My wife and I bought a 2008 C class from Barry London...

My wife and I bought a 2008 C class from Barry London several years ago. When we began looking to upgrade, Barry was our first stop. We were not disappointed. Barry has a wonderful sense of humor and really made the whole experience of buying a 2012 E class a real treat. We got a good price as the car was lightly used. We got the best of both worlds as our purchase while used, had only 5,600 miles on it. We got the "used car" 100,000 mile warranty while buying a lightly used car that was practically brand new. I would highly recommend to the readers of this review that you go and talk to Barry London when purchasing a vehicle from Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown and to do so before going anywhere else to purchase a vehicle, new or used. I would also like to compliment Service Advisor Adam. When I brought in my "old" Mercedes for routine service, I got Adam as my advisor. Adam put me in a new E class loaner vehicle and kindly showed me how to adjust everything to my needs and liking. I was so impressed with how Adam treated me that I raved about the service to my wife, pricipal driver of our Mercedes. Adam made me feel valued and special as a customer. I cannot describe well enough the treatment that I recieved after Adam introduced himself. I want Adam as my Service Advisor when ever our Mercedes comes to visit for service. To conclude, businesses today look for long term relationships with their customers. Both Barry and Adam have accomplished this with my wife and I. I do not know the hours these men work or how much money they make, but they cannot be paid well enough for their customer service efforts. If any reader of this review has control over how much money these two gentlemen earn , please pay them more. It will be monies well invested.

I bought my new 2012 E350 to replace a 2009 ML320 because...

I bought my new 2012 E350 to replace a 2009 ML320 because of issues with the ML320. I love the car and the dealership worked very hard to insure that my husband and I were happy with the purchase. They understood our dilema and were understanding and made us feel comfortable. The car is just a dream and Barry London, Rob Buchanan, and Marty Gillions were very patient and helpful during the process. Barry London took time to explain all the features of my new car and was available whenever I needed him. He was professional, energetic, and knowledable. Thank you Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown! We had a great experience from start to finish. Ours was...

We had a great experience from start to finish. Ours was a used car purchase, and the entire process was easy. Sales people and finance personnel were very accomodating and efficient. Small vehicle deficiencies were repaired without question, and a valid suggestion offered about body paint that we hadn't even noticed when we looked at the vehicle. The dealership itself is beautiful, and our (short) wait on paperwork was actually a pleasure.
