New 350 GLK Exactly the one I wanted!

We just purchased our second Mercedes from Mike Lavrenchik and I couldn't be happier! We added a GLK 350 to replace our SUV. Our sales and service experiences at this dealership have been exceptional. Our C280 looks and runs like new 5 years later. We certainly are satisfied repeat customers!

Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown: 1. listened to my assessment of the car's problem; 2. provided no-cost towing of the car to their dealership; 3.located the precise problem and fixed it quickly and well; 4. provided me with the worn parts for my own personal review of them. I will go back for regular maintenance and for any repair work in the interim. Highly recommend this shop for anyone wishing to keep their car for the mnaximum period of time. We purchased our first Mercedes from Mike Lavrenchik in 2007 and the entire purchase and subsequent relationship with the dealership has been incredible. We just replaced our SUV with a new Mercedes and the process was seamless. Everyone involved has been kind and considerate. Any questions I've had with the technology have been answered totally and demonstrated so that I understand. I trust this dealership from sales to service, and everything in between. They deserve to be rated the Best of the Best, because they are!

Buying a used car from this dealership was by far one of...

Buying a used car from this dealership was by far one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had in over 36 years of buying cars...new or used. I bought a used 2011 Ford Fusion. Barry and Rob were extremely friendly and helpful. There was never any pressure, which is important to me. I had been looking on line and at other dealerships for a couple of weeks. Additionally, on the day I purchased the car from Barry, I had spent almost six hours test driving and talking with sales people at several dealerships. My son-in-law, who had previously purchased a car from Barry, recommended checking their website to see what they had. I found a car that was close to the price I could afford, so we called and spoke with Barry and subsequently went to check it out. We were greeted immediately by Rob, since Barry was with another customer who had gotten there before us. The car we spoke with Barry about was parked up front and waiting for me to test drive. After the test drive I inquired about other cars in my price range and Rob suggested the Fusion. It looked and drove like it was brand new...and the price was even less than the other car. Barry and Rob made me feel like I was one of their best customers during the whole deal. One would have thought I bought a top-of-the-line Mercedes Benz. They gave me a very competitive interest rate and Austin went through the loan paperwork quickly and thoroughly. Everything was just as they had explained from the beginning...no surprises. I definitely recommend Mercedes Benz of Hagarstown. The next time I need a car, I'll start with them.

Our experience with Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown was by...

Our experience with Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown was by far the best in many years. We had been car shopping for over 6 months, reviewing consumer reports, test driving and just didn't find the car or dealership that we felt comfortable with. That is until a friend suggested we try MB of Hagerstown. We had an SLK230 and liked the manufacturer but needed something larger. We made an appointment with Andre and was warmly greeted when we arrived. He took his time getting to know what we were interested in and was extremely knowledgable about all the vehicles we looked at. When we decided to test drive a few cars, he gave us the keys and told us to take our time. One of my pet peeves is having the salesperson ride along with me during a test drive. We took a few days to decide what we wanted and then called Andre who introduced us to Robert Buchanan the Sales Manager. Again he made the financial process smooth and painless. Andre spent well over 90 minutes reviewing all the features on our new GLK350 and added that if we had any questions, concerns or if we needed help figuring anything out to give him or anyone at the dealership a call. They took care of every single detail and all we needed to do was to take the keys and drive home. I have already told several friends to look at MB of Hagerstown first if they are ever looking for a car, they would not be disappointed in the experience! We are just sorry we wasted those 6 months before finding this dealership and great group of sales staff.

New ML 350

Just wanted to say that Barry London does an excellent job of listening to the customers needs. We have been working with Barry for over a year and he was extremely patient. Once we decided to buy we had a minor snafu with the sales manager on duty and he made a mistake on his calculations on the monthly payment. We did not purchase the ML that day. The next business day the GM Justin Harbert contacted me to say that he wanted to make us whole and honored the deal we had agreed upon before the miscalculation. This is what I expected from the GM. Well guess what we are raving fans of Hagerstown MB and hope to be a customer for life based on this one incident. We love the car and are as happy as clams. James Amenta

By far, this is the best car buying experience I've ever...

By far, this is the best car buying experience I've ever had! I couldn't have been more impressed with Barry London! He made me feel very comfortable. He was very knowledgeable about the three vehicles that I was interested in test driving. Barry and Rob Buchanan treated me with respect and kindness throughout the whole process. I rated the pricing of the new car and the trade in offer given to me for my 2007 Highlander as good since I considered both of them to be satisfactory.

Just recently bought a used Mercedes C300, and have to give a big thank you to Wes Whetstone, He went out of his way to find the car that had everything that I needed and wanted in a car. Wes was very professional and was a joy to deal with, I definitely will send friends and family to him and also to the dealership for their next vehicle purchases.
