Several years ago I set my goal of purchasing a Mercedes-Benz sometime before my retirement. April 27, 2012 ended up being that day! I hadn't actually set out to purchase a new car that day, but the dealership had the EXACT car I had been building online and Wes Whetstone, my sales rep, was just wonderful. It was truly a great experience and what fun I had! Wes was friendly, courteous, helpful, and so very patient with all my questions. He made me feel like I had found a new friend, too. I am thoroughly thrilled with my new car and the purchasing experience. Austin Shemon took car of all my paperwork. He, too, was so very helpful, friendly, and patient with me. My experience with Rob Buchanan was also all very positive. Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown - glad I met you!

We have been working with Barry London for over a year...

We have been working with Barry London for over a year waiting to close on some investment property. He was extremely patient and would check in with us on a regualr basis until we finally were ready to buy. His professionalism was outstanding and he was very knowledgable when we finally sat down to order a new ML 350. After a few minutes in discussions we decided to lease after some very helful insights from Barry. We also fell head over heels for a black one on the showroom floor and moved foward with the negotiations. There was a slight miscalculation on the lease cost to our favor and the GM stepped in to make us whole and honored the less than profitable deal from the dealships perspective. We were shocked and extremely happy yo sign the papers and close the deal. We have purchased our first MB and after driving it and the experience with Hagerstown MB I will be a raging fan for a long time.

I purchased two cars with Wes. I was able to get in and out of the dealership in less than 45 minutes with the new car. He was very helpful and I highly recommend working with Wes.

My family and I came to look at, and test drive, a Mercedes Benz E350 sedan. Wes was very courteous, very friendly, and answered all of our questions. We had a great experience and left in an excellent vehicle! Many thanks goes to Wes and the entire staff at Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown. We will be doing business again!

WHAT A DEALERSHIP! Thank You...from Kathryn Green

A few days ago I took my "new" 2011 E350 RED Cabriolet convertible into the Hagerstown dealership for her first service checkup. My husband and I were greeted warmly by Barry...who, along with all others who greet us when Wes Whetstone isn't there, was cordial and personable and remembered more about us than I could imagine! Wes was there when we picked up the car and was as helpful and knowledgeable as ever...with the biggest smiles and the friendliest nature you can imagine! Wes is the amazing guy who checked all over America for the perfect car for me...and found it in Georgia and had it shipped here! But that is another story! The service team was extrodinary! Alex was friendly and unhurried...even though they had a mechanic out sick. He even walked clear out front to meet my husband...Marty came out and chatted and looked at the car...and they were busy! It was lovely...Kristen helped me too, with scheduling and making that fabulous coffee!

Service of my C-300

Great job !!I needed my sun roof repaired and it was completed better than expected . No new parts needed. Also had an inspection completed prior to the factory expiration.Got a nice car wash. Drove out proud with my nice clean Mercedes. Thanks !!
