We were in need of a vehicle and wanted to see what was available in the way of used Mercedes Benz product. We were greeted at the door by Rob Buchanan and we outlined what we were looking for. They discussed the vehicles available, brought them up to us and we took test drives. We were extremely pleased with one of the choices, negotiated and offer and are now the owners of a C300. The experience was delightful and I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a Mercedes.

I have had ptoblems with MB Hagerstown in the past because of having to have repeated visits to attain satisfactory results. I discussed this with your Service Manager before the recent service work on my E320 BlueTec and my R350. I am 100% sarisfied with my recent experience at MB Hagerstown.

I drove 175 miles to buy from this dealer even though there are dealers within 10 miles of my home. They also service my vehicles. They are very up front about everything, and don't play games or charge for unnecessary services.

Just wanted to let someone know Alex and his team did an outstanding job in getting my car repaired and back to me. I had an issue with the a/c and was glad it was working on my ride today. Alex was very professional, ans passionate toward making me the "customer" happy.... WOW that is a first for me in todays world! The BMW service staff could use a few lessions from Alex... I would also like to compliment WES my salesman... He was a very good listener, and really put the deal together. The recent purchase is my 14th Benz in ten years from this dealership. The attention and assistance in helping my daughter purchase her first car was outstanding. Both Justin and Andre addressed the conversation to her and not to me which made her feel special. They both took the time to explain everything from the autos she had to choose from to the options on the auto she finally chose.
