We wish this dealership was closer to us! Barry was very thorough since I was coming from Pittsburgh, we had to try to come to an agreement over the phone. He always called back promptly and was always pleasant and professional. And we LOVE the chocolate!! Oh and the car too!!!

I purchase my 2011 4matic from the dealership on yesterday 3/15/11 and I'm on cloud 9. At least the ride home felt like I was floating on a cloud so much so that my husband had to take the lead driving home to slow me down (so smooth). I had been driving an ML320 for years and had forgotten how smooth the ride was in a sedan. I still have my ML and love it. The experience I had at the dealership was excellent. My sales represenative was Barry London who contaced me within minutes after an online search of what I was looking for. Barry was very personable and knowledgeable without any pressure going over every single detail and feature. All of the staff at Mercedes of Hagerstown were friendly and accommodating making certain our experience was a pleasant one. This was my fifth purchase from a Mercedes dealership, but this purchase was by far the best. Thank you Barry London !!!!!

No Pressure buying, Fair Price for Certified Mercedes, Fair Trade offered on our trade-in. When you added it up, there was no need to look further then to buy purchase our R350 from Mike atHagerstown Mercedes Benes.

I will start by saying WOW! What a great car buying experiences I had at Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown. I saw a pre-owned Audi A4 on the internet and sent my contact information via the web page. The next day Mike contacted me by phone. Not only was Mike friendly but very knowleded on the Audi. After taking the car for a test drive I loved it but was not able to purchase the car that day. Mike did not preasure me to buy the car. A few days later I called Mike to say "I really want that Audi" to my disapointment the car was sold. I told Mike I would like to work with him but MBoH had no more Audi A4. He offered to show me some Mercedes and I told Mike I really want an Audi A4. Again no preasure from Mike, he said he would let me know when MBoH had an Audi. With Mike's friendly, professional demanor I felt like I knew him forever after just 3 conversations. I received A phone call from Mike saying he had a Audi for me and would I like to take it for a test drive. I will just say I have been driving "my Audi" that I purchased from Mike 3 day ago and it is everything Mike told me it would be. This was my first exprience with MBoH but I will say the fastest and least stressful car buying experience ever. When I took the car for a test drive I told Mike I had to go out of town for family business but wanted the car. I wrote a check to hold the car and made arrangments to get the car the following Tuesday. When I arrived at MBoH the car was waiting for me and all the paper work was ready. Rob who was also friendly and professional, explained every detail of the very few papers I had to sign and answered all my questions with great knowledge. I am exceedingly pleased with my Sales Respresentative, Barry London. He showed and let me drive every model I was interested in so I was able to select the exact car I wanted. He explained every car, all of the features of each model and, more importantly he listened to me. My questions and concern were answered and it made me really understand and feel comfortable in my final decision. I recently became a widow after more that 50 years of marriage and one of the things during this long relatiionship that I had never done was to buy a car all by myself. Barry completely understood that I was hesitant to make a decision of this magnitude by myself, however, he never pushed me or made me feel rushed to make up my mind...in otherwords, he was totally patient with me in every way. After completing extensive research online, the time had come to replace an "old friend" who was getting up in years. One deal that caught my eye was forty miles away at Hagerstown Mercedes-Benz. After debating whether or not to look at the vehicle, I made a lst minute decision, loaded up my wife and son and headed north up Interstate 81. Arriving near dark, I asked to test drive the vehicle I had seen online. The salesman immediately brought the car to the showroom, explained the basics and then we were off for a test drive. I loved the car and its prowess on the road. I asked that, while I was gone, an inspection of my trade-in be conducted. When I got back, I had a figure in mind. Negotiations took less than 15 minutes before I decided to purchase the vehicle at a fair price. Their willingness to be reasonable in the negotiating process was the first thing I noticed that was extraordinary at this dealership. They then proceeded to clean up the vehicle, fill it with gas and ready it for our trip back to Virginia. Paperwork was efficient and their knowledge of out-of-state licensing requirements was impressive. Everything they took care of at deal closing (license transfers, state taxes, etc.) was without error. I needed a couple of accessories and they have arrived as promised. This is my first Mercedes-Benz, but with service like this available so close in Hagerstown, it probably won't be my last.

The service and parts counter people are wonderful as well. I get all of my service work done at MB Hagerstown. There is no reason to go anywhere else!
