Excellent Service
I have recently brought my ML 500 in MB of Hagerstown for service/repair. Customer service had always been excellent. The service advisors are very knowlegeable, takes the time to explain, and goes above and beyond to assist their customers. The loaner car is always a plus. Check out is fast. I went in to test drive a car after searching the lot on a Sunday. I was handed the keys and was told to take a long as I liked. I never felt pressured to buy, there was no haggling, etc. I have tried to buy from other dealerships and there is a never-ending sea of phone calls to pressure you to buy. When I came to buy the car, Andre was finishing up on another deal so Barry more than happily, explained the operation of the inside of the car. From start to finish, I was happy with the entire experience and would recommend this dealership 100%.

I purchased a 2006 Toyota Tundra 4WD from this dealership...
I purchased a 2006 Toyota Tundra 4WD from this dealership on March 7, 2012. I located the vehicle on Auto Trader and contacted Wes Whetstone over the internet. Since I'm from Florida,the idea of traveling to Maryland to purchase a used vehicle concerned me. I also might add that I always buy new vehicles and haven't considered or purchased a used vehicle in 30 years. However, since it was almost exactly what I was looking for and I had been unsuccessful in finding the vehicle in Florida, I proceeded to communicate with Wes about the truck. The dealership had not had time to post photographs or much information of the truck on the internet, so Wes gladly and promptly took and sent pictures to me. I had several additional questions and concerns about the truck and Wes actually took the truck to the neighboring Toyota dealer to have it inspected. I finally agreed to purchase the truck and scheduled a flight to Baltimore. One of the dealership drivers (Bill) picked up my wife and I at the airport and drove us to the MB facility. Bill was very professional and a pleasure to ride with. I am very particular about my vehicles, so I was ready for the big let-down when we arrived at the dealership to inspect the truck. The truck turned out to be exactly as Wes described, even down to the minor scratches and blemishes that would be expected on a used vehicle. How could that be - I was an out-of towner purchasing a used vehicle from a new car dealership. There had to be a catch! - no catch whatsoever. The truck was meticulously detailed and looked and rode like a new truck - as advertised. Wes was a complete pleasure to deal with. He is very laid back, honest, sincere and professional. I really believe he enjoys his job and cares about the customer. I doubt very seriously that anyone purchasing a new Mercedes was treated any better than my wife and I were. Thanks to Wes, it was absolutely the most positive car buying experience that I have ever had.

Awesome experience!
My husband went car shopping last Saturday with a small budget. When is was met by Wes Whetstone, he was treated with respect and understanding about his situation. Within 3 days, we had a used Mercedes sitting in our driveway and my husband is thrilled! I felt like a queen when I test drove a couple of cars. The sales department especially Wes and Michael were just simply awesome. Austin in the finance dept was superb! Even though, we made a small purchase the whole place was very happy for us and I'm looking forward to returning to our next Mercedes-Benz!

Every person who deals with either myself or my wife does so in a very positive and straight forward manner. The upgraded facilities are much nicer to come into and this dealership seems to have remembered what customer service used to mean in this country. i had an excellent experience with Mike and Austin last Wednesday, February 29th. Mike was warm, friendly and welcoming from our initial interaction via internet and phone. He's an excellent salesman as he creates an environment and tone that makes a customer feel comfortable and relaxed about the process. He was calm and allowed me to set the pace which i appreciated...no pressure! When we arrived from Alexandria, VA to Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown, Mike warmly greeted us and gave us an opportunity to get settled in before taking us to see my beautiful pre-owned ML 350. Though we had arrived about an hour or so before closing, Mike took his time showing us every fabulous feature and answering questions. After a fun test drive, we turned out attention to business and he was attentive and helpful. After working out a few kinks, and waiting while paperwork was completed during which time, Mike regaled us with jokes and stories about family and football, we closed the deal. Though Mike's part of the process was over, he stayed until the bitter end with Austin and i completed paperwork and he took the time to program my home address into the GPS to ensure my safe return home. I have recommended Mike to my sister who is interested in purchasing an Audi 5 and i would recommend him and this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Thanks again Mike for taking the angst out of car buying! i'll take a bite out of our hometown when i go in May and congrats again on the impending birth of grandchild #3.
