Andre Taylor was the most knowledgable salesman that we have dealt with. He explained in detail how everything in this vehicle works. If it wasn't for him, I woud not be using half the stuff this car came with. He was exceptionaly cooperative with the price that we were looking for. I had been searching for a particular used Cadillac CTS. I found one on line at Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown. I called and talked with Andre Taylor who answered the few questions I had. We set up a date and time for my wife and I to test drive the car. Andre said he had a personal appointment that morning but said that Stephen Ames would meet with us. When we arrived Stephen had the car out front. We went for a test drive and then negotiated a price. Stephen was professional and very friendly. A few days later we drove up to close on the car and were met by both Andre and Stephen. Robert Buchanan the finance and sales manager took us through the required paper work efficiently and quickly. Afterwards Andre gave my wife a box of chocolates and Robert gave me coupons for three synthetic oil changes. Since we were buying a previously owned automobile we did not expect either. The car was detailed perfectly. It was almost a one hundred mile round trip but it was worth it. No need to look further. Buying a vehicle in the past always consisted of a dozen trips to multiple dealers consuming several weekends, in order to find the right deal. But that was not the case for my wife R350. Mike Lavrenchik @ Mercedes-Benz Of Hagerstown delivered on both a fair price on our new car as well as a fair price on our trade-in. Not to mention Mike's no pressure sales style. I also loved that they would pick-up the car and drop off a loner for scheduled service.
