We took awhile making up our minds as to whether we were going to purchase this vehicle or not. We were away on vacation, etc. Our sales associate, Andre' was great at keeping in touch with us, in a non-invasive, no pressure way. He kept us interested and gave us all the information we needed, always in a very timely manner, even on his days off. When it came down to the deal, Andre' and Rob worked with us and accommodated our needs. We drove away with a great vehicle and we felt like we got a great deal, and we know we had great service. It really is an awesome place to do business. This was our second purchase from them, the service department is impeccable as well.

I called in from SC on a used ML 320 not knowing what to expect as far as customer service and the salesman opinion of the car. Micheal went out of his way to pick me up from the airport and made sure the car was in the perfect condition before I arrived. After researching for weeks online I came across an amazing Presidents Day deal on a Sunday evening. Although Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown is not open on Sundays I received an email and a phone call from the sales manager Robert that night as I requested. Upon arrival Wes met my wife and I with courtesy and respect. He was a complete professional during our entire experience. I would recommend this dealership and highly recommend Wes Whetstone if you want a no hassle/great customer service experience. I bought a new Mercedes today and the deal was done is less than 15 minutes. Wes took the time to explain all of the options to me (which took more time than the actual paperwork for the final sale). He did not have to do that as he had another client waiting for his assistance. I have over two hundred clients and client statisfaction is key to my business. Wes Whetstone was great. He was very professional, very friendly and very courteous. We enjoyed dealing with him and next time I buy a car, he will be the one I call.
