Highly recommend Barry London at Mercedes Bentz in Hagerstown for your sales person. He spent weeks in helping us narrow down the kind of car that fit our life style and budget by keeping in contact by phone and emailing us video's of various cars. I can't say enough about the service and care Mercedes Bentz of Hagerstown has given us over the years.

Service and Sales Outstanding
I have bought 6 MBs over the past 15 years or so from Younger Their service is outstanding and have never had any problems with this dealer. They will go out of their way to help you when you have a special problem such as a flat tire 60 miles away. Compared to other MB dealers I have had experience with this one stands out.

This Dealership was wonderful! I live in Virginia so I actually purchased my car over the phone. The sales team was great in every way plus they gave me the best deal of the 3 MB dealerships I had contacted. My car was ready when I arrived just signed the papers my salesman, Barry London went over the basic features of the car and I was off. I would highly recommend Barry and this dealership!

Barry London was so helpful and knowledgable. He worked not only on our time frame but also our price range. He assisted us in finding the perfect ML550 for our family and we couldn't have asked for a smoother transition from our old car into our new Mercedes. After leaving Mercedes and going with Cadillac we in 2010 it didn't take us long to see we had to go back to the Mercedes family. Barry London is a perect example of why we came back to the Mercedes family. Service, price and customer service is outstanding. Thank you Barry and Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown for all you have done. Was very pleased with the personal service given by our sales rep Wes Whetstone. He explained everything in detail, was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Just hours earlier I had received very poor service from the Nissan dealer up the street and decided to check this place out. Glad I did, the next day I drove off the lot with a 2011 E350!

Excellant Service
This is why you get a Mercedes, the Mercedes treatment every time you enter the dealership. They take excellant care of the customer and their car. From the loaner car to the e-mail outling what they have found to knowing the final bill before you come in to pick up your vehicle. I wish more companies out there would understand that customer service is what drives repeat business.

Martinis Anyone?
The reliability and safety of my C280 are important to me. I took my car in for a B service and as part of the inspection, it was found that the battery was weak. The battery's been in the car for six years, so I'd say it's done it's job. We replaced it at what seemed like an expensive price, until my business partner looked under the hood and couldn't even find the battery (and he knows cars). Now I feel safe and don't have to worry about this Winter. The service department is the jewel in the crown of Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown. The only way my experience could have been better would be if they served martinis instead of those wonderful chocolate cookies. Keep up the good work!

Would Recommend to ANYONE :)
My husband and I were looking for an SUV and had our heart set on the M Class. We are fairly young and assumed that walking onto a Mercedes dealership lot we would be ignored (like had happened at the Ford, Chevy, Cadillac, and even Toyota dealership). However, this was NOT the case. We dealt with a wonderful salesman, Barry London, who not only spoke with us, but also worked with us to find my dream vehicle. We drove off of the lot with our M Class that night and have been nothing but satisfied with them since. The service department is wonderful and so polite. They really go out of their way to make everything as convenient as possible. Other Mercedes dealerships have not been this friendly and from friend experiences, their service departments have not offered near the comforts that this dealership does. If you are in the market PLEASE check them out!

Review of Recent Repair Visit
As always, this visit was characterized by a well choreographed plan of action from the time I arrived until I picked my car up several days later. Alex Folz handled all the insurance details and called regularly with updates. To me, an important part of the overall experience when I come to Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown is that not only am I treated like an important customer, but I get the feeling that everybody there is doing that because they want to. The culture makes me feel comfortable.
