I wanted to buy local, and honestly wasn't sure of what vehicle I wanted. I'd owned Chevrolet before; I'd owned Jeep and Dodge before; and I was kind of leaning toward a new Ford. I stopped in to see Joe Cottingham one afternoon. I'd known Joe from high school, but had never bought from Joe before. His friendly demeanor, and willingness to work with me, as I had already had a buyer for my current Jeep. Joe was super helpful with my buyer/trade. I was impressed! Joe found the Chervy Colorado I was looking for within that first day. We looked at others, but I came back to that one. On day of delivery, Joe took the time to go through the vehicle and features. He covered everything before he sent me on my way. I am happy I stayed local, and bought from Joe! I would recommend Dan Young GM to friends and family. I would also direct them to Joe Cottingham as well. So easy to work with. He is very thorough in what he does and makes everything work smoothly!

Great dealership to do business with. Made the buying of my new car easy. Small town feel to the Tipton IN dealership. Would recommend to others.

We like to go to Dan Young because we trust the people that work there. Tony helps us to get our vehicles kept up. In and out. Shantay starts our process and stays with it until it's over. We appreciate that. We recommend them to our friends. A good honest dealership is hard to find these days! Thank you to Dan Young's.

Everyone working there is respective, and makes the customer feel important. We have purchased several new vehicles at Dan Young. Feel like we gotten fair deals and not taken advantage of with all the deals. Salesman Joe Cottingham has always been honest up front and worked hard to get us a deal we can live with. The service dept is great always try to work with our schedule. Dealership is clean and well kept. Don and Frawley.

My experience with Jeff Hughes at the Dan Young dealership was negative, and I would not recommend. We negotiated for a truck, and we were $500 apart. He claimed he couldn't agree to final price until the truck was put through their service, and asked if I wanted to put down a $500 deposit-hold until then. I agreed. Two days pass with no communication, and I just assume it's still being serviced. On the third day he sends me an email at noon saying he wouldn't drop his price from the originally listing at all and asked me what I wanted to do. He never bothered to text or call (yes, he had my number), just the email. By the time I saw the email and got back to him, he claimed "I'm sorry the 48 hour hold was up around 1pm and we sold the truck to somebody else because we didn't have an agreed upon price." I'd avoid this business based on my experience with them, but maybe it's just the one salesperson. Who knows.

We contacted this dealership about a truck they had on their lot. We were assigned a salesman by the name of Jeff Hughes. After driving 2.5 hours to test drive we told Jeff we would take the truck. On the test drive Jeff claimed they would service and fix a few aesthetic issues. We placed a $500 deposit to hold the truck and told Jeff we would be back to pick it up after he serviced and fixed the few issues. 2 days later Jeff sold the truck out from under us. Save yourself some time and DO NOT deal with this dealership

You can?t go wrong with this group. Very good salesmen that know how to find what you want. The service is amazing and quick, also the owner made a point to come and thank us on our deal.
