Ayrton Mutagaana was a pleasure to work with in buying my first BMW. I called him up the night before, told him what I was looking for and that I wanted to pick it up the next morning. He had my X5 ready for me by 10a. Purchase process went quickly and I was out the door an hour later. Great service!

End of lease
I have leased a BMW and when it was the time to turn it in, I went in by myself without my husband. A woman by herself. Unfortunately, I felt discrimination. I felt very uncomfortable with the appointed person I talked to to explore my options after my lease ended. Maybe it was my misunderstanding but I felt discriminated as a woman and the gentleman was very superficial and didn’t make any effort to help me. When I asked him a specific question, he answered “it is not my job to solve this issue, it is not in my job description “, instead of directing me to someone else. The option I wanted the least was the option he was pushing me to chose on a very pushy way. And didn’t leave me with any other option. I do not recommend BMW in Sewickley. Customer service is very superficial and feeling not taken care of, makes the experience miserable. Thanks

X! purchase was positive
I had a very positive experience with Sewickley BMW. Between the apps and the personnel I was in the loop the entire time my X1 was on order. There was no pressure and everyone was very friendly. I'd recommend this dealership.

Say very far AWAY
Wanted me to pay for a mirror that was already replace twice under warranty. All within a span of less than 2 months. Lease buyout was a scam. Glad that car is GONE!

Very disappointed !
Very disappointing! I had scheduled a simple diagnostic check for a lingering fault code weeks ahead of time. I arrived on-time with my vehicle and decided to wait instead of drop it off. They told me that I can’t wait, they said it might take all day, I said that’s fine, they then said it might go into tomorrow and they might need to replace some parts. They wouldn’t provide me with a loaner car (which has not been my experience at other BMW Dealerships), apparently they now have a policy to not provide loaner cars to BMW owners with cars older than 10 years, even though I purchased my BMW at a BMW dealership. I said this fault code is not a grounding fault and I could bring my car back if parts are needed, this diagnostic check was scheduled for weeks – why do you not have time to do it as scheduled for today? They had no response. I can see I wasted my time here and I left, I won’t be bringing my car back to Sewickley BMW and certainly won’t be buying a new car from them.

I walk in and I’m told I scheduled to drop it off and I needed to call for a ride or get an Uber. The girl wouldn’t even look me in the eyes when she spoke other than telling me to find a ride or reschedule even though it was already 2 weeks to schedule the oil change. I explained I could not keep waiting as it was due and again was told to call Uber or someone to get me. I’ve never had such a bad experience with anywhere between the website issue and them not even offering a shuttle or a loaner to take. Never again will I go back to them for any service or to purchase.
