Had an amazing experience at Partyka Chevrolet. We came in to take a look at an suv and were amazed at how smoothly the transaction went. From the salesman to the manager, to all of the other staff, it was fantastic. Our salesman was Douglas Shatas and we dealt with Luis Junquera, the pre-owned manager. Lori in financing was great as well. They listened to our concerns and addressed them. They treated us like family and truly wanted to make us happy. We went in at 1 and drove the car home by the end of the day. A stellar experience. We had previously gone to Executive Chevrolet in Wallingford and were treated very poorly. They were disingenuous in their negotiation. Especially when it came down to signing paperwork. Executive treated us as if WE needed THEM. Partyka treated us as if THEY needed US. A huge difference! I’m so glad we came to Partyka. They’ve earned a longtime customer.
Picking up a fumble and making a Touchdown!
I'm sure by now many have had the chance to see my initial review on Partyka Mazda about my buying attempt of the 2016 Chevy Colorado. Well, so did the management at Partyka and they swung into action. The following day after the review appeared I was contacted via email by The General Manager Joe Gallagi. He was extremely professional, apologetic and gracious. He offered to deal with me personally if I was still interested in the truck. Thanks to Joe's kindness and quick action to rectify this situation, it is now sitting in my driveway. MANY thanks go to Doug and Phil at Partyka who Joe turned me over to after our initial meet and greet. Doug let me test drive the truck, get it on the lift, examine it stem to stern and had all the answers to my questions. He was extremely attentive and pro active when it came to getting the truck ready and getting a couple of small concerns I had taken care of immediately AND he makes a killer cup of coffee. Not to mention buying me lunch which was much appreciated. Phil in finance went the extra mile and then some to get me in and out in a timely manner and at a rate that was excellent. He worked that rate till the absolute last second and did even better for me with a competing bank to get it even lower just as the paperwork was being moved through. The truck I purchased was off lease and in great shape except for the bed which looked like maybe they had hauled brush in it and was a bit scratched. BEFORE I even got there Joe had a bed liner installed in it for me at no charge. Cant beat THAT with a stick. Having made a living as a mechanic for many years my guard is ALWAYS up when it comes to buying a car new OR used and in this case the chip on my shoulder was probably a bit larger due to the first impression but I was dealt with fairly, respectfully and with honesty. Look. ANYONE can drop the ball. It happens. Especially in a place that employs multiple people. What COUNTS is WHO picks that ball up after its dropped and runs with it. Joe, Doug and Phil did just that for me and in doing so drove it over the goal line in a HUGE way. I dont believe I can delete my original review but I'm certainly going to call Cars.com Monday and try. If I cant PLEASE be sure and read this one afterwards to get the OTHER side of the story. The one with the happy ending thanks to these guys.
I went there on a Saturday morning to only look at a car....i was met at the car i was looking at by Jonathan Ayala he asked if i liked the car i said yes.. We took it for a test drive came back to lee partyka he spoke with his Finance guy Phillip Giuliani by 4pm i left there in my new 2016 vehicle with no money down and a reasonable monthly payment these guys are awesome i would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle GREAT JOB GUYS AND THANKS FOR GETTING IT DONE!!!
Be patient and have lots of time
Purchased a CX5 GTR but not told the mileage 366 plus the paperwork I signed said 354. Process took some 2 hours to get people to complete paperwork,etc. xxxx inefficient or not customer oriented. On plus side saleswoman was nice.As only model available and broken truck had no choice.
Worst service of my life
With all of the money I give you I?m more then disappointed. For you to lie to me about work that I didn?t need done on my car and laugh about it as if I wouldn?t know you were lying because I?m a female. Is more then disrespectful and unprofessional. If Charlie is suppose to be in charge of your service repairs he should know how to do his job.
Great overall experience
My experience with this dealership was great. They had great customer service. I had a deposit down on a car, which normally only lasts a day or two. Unfortunately, due to my crazy schedule, I could not get to the dealership for more than the allotted time a deposit usually holds for. Despite this, Lee Partyka understood how crazy life is and held the car on deposit for longer for me. The two salesmen I was working with were absolutely wonderful, Eugene and Drew. They were not pushy, kept everyone up to date on details, and were extremely nice and knowledgeable. The dealership itself is really clean and nice. Everyone who worked there was very nice and said hello, which made the visit very comfortable. Robert, the money guy, was great. He got me the best deal out of any dealership I had talked to during the car buying process. Also, I told him I was in a rush, so we quickly went through everything, he was very respectful of my time, and they got me on my way with my new car! Overall experience was so great, especially for my first time buying a new car. I am most definitely referring my family and friends to this dealership. My mother is in the market for a new car and Lee Partyka is where she will be going first!
Great service. Very efficient this is the third car I bought here in 2 years. Excellent service they make me feel like family I probably will be buying another car there during the summer

I am very picky and I would recommend this Dealership, hands down. The Sales floor gentleman we worked with to secure our Silverado was extremely helpful and had a wonderful personality. The only thing I was not entirely thrilled with was when we were completing the purchase. It seemed that the office person doing the contracts and paperwork was rushing through and coming off as pushy to sell the other programs along with the truck. However, with that being said I would still recommend this Dealership, hands down. If you are in the market for a truck, please see Dave. He was awesome!
