Service issue

Service advisor advisor rate 1 on 1-5 scale. Met with Service Director (Harrison Lyons) to resolve issues and left completely satisfied with his handling of the situation. He truly showed care and concern resolving my issues.

Sub par service

Had our new bronco serviced. Scheduled an appointment well ahead of time, turns out a recall was in place and they didn't have the part, so they ordered it, which delayed getting the car back. They should have pre ordered the part knowing I had the bronco scheduled for unrelated service. I also asked for a car wash before the vehicle was returned to me, something you shouldn't have to ask for on a 60k vehicle. The was was not done nor was the interior vacuumed.

Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service. Service department very helpful. We have good experience buying used cars here. We have purchased 3 used cars at this location, and one at Autonation Ford Amherst. Both locations great places to buy cars.

Purchasing my new Ford Explorer was a great experience!! Vlad was amazing in taking the time to show me all the features and how they work, the finance person Anthony was really helpful and made sure to explain things thoroughly and the sales manager was constantly checking in and making sure my service was top of the line!

regarding the service dept.

regarding the service dept. Their were no delays at the time of my appointment. The service department set up a technician to discuss my issues and acted on the issues immediately. The technician after the review and test drive of my vehicle discussed the results with the service manager and decided on the best options going forward. The option going forward required Ford Service to determine the next course of action. That result was a failure, Ford refused the authorization to resolve my issue. The service department has no recourse to resolve my issue. MY statement: Do not purchase a Ford Explorer 2022 SUV Platinum.
