Dishonest
I came in for an oil change and was given a proper inspection. Told me my PTU was leaking and something with my suspension. Everything else was apparently peak performance brakes,exhaust etc. I come in to get the PTU leaks done. Waited 5 hours in the lobby before I was talked too,and told they ordered me a cab and come get it the next day. Wouldn?t be mad if they would have told me sooner. And when I get my car back now everything is apparently messed up. My brakes are bad, leak in exhaust, driver ball joint is loose, and the last part saying my coolant is low when they should have filled up when I got my oil change. This dealership does have great customer service but they are dishonest as xxxx

Great Customer Service
I purchased my 2017 Ford Explorer from Denise K. and have loved it every day since. I have received the best customer service from Danielle L. and best repair service you could imagine.
