2020 Ford Edge Air conditioning Repair

I took my car in on Monday morning, with no appointment, and was greeted immediately and got a shuttle ride home while I waited for a diagnosis. I received a diagnosis early afternoon and parts were ordered. An additional part was needed and was ordered. I picked up my car on Wednesday afternoon. I am pleased.

Brought in for service.

Brought in for service. My wife picked up car drive home and parked in driveway. Next day I go to go to work and there is a dent in driver’s door. Contacted service and still waiting for reply. It’s been a week and nothing.

Door repair

Driver?s door had an issue with window not opening all the way and creaking when opening and shutting the door. Aaron, the service advisor, was helpful and scheduled a time to drop off the vehicle and provide a loaner while the work was being done. Warranty covered the repair.
